Mirror Relay Split Docket / 镜权转播分裂案卷

Mirror Relay Split Docket records a broadcast, route asset, caption stream, sponsor package, or memorial proof that is being relayed through mirror rights into a second reader surface.

It is not a generic legality docket. 播出合法性转轨线 asks whether an asset can enter a channel. This card asks what happens after the channel is mirrored: which territory, cohort, caption witness, service recipient, sponsor ledger, and future remedy inherit the relayed reality.

The docket fails if it only says mirror rights approved, relay licensed, foreign copy sent, caption translated, or sponsor accepted without naming the reader who will consume the mirror copy and the scope that the source broadcast no longer covers.

Player-facing use

This card should enter the hand as a production desk object: a mirror desk wants to air the same reality somewhere else, but the source contract, caption witness, recipient authority, and sponsor makegood do not automatically travel with the signal.

The player must decide whether to bind the mirror to a narrow surface, add a caption witness, split public and lawful readers, let the sponsor buy a clean relay, acknowledge a pirate relay as proof, quarantine the relay, or let the fastest desk file a false clean mirror.

Non-goals

• Not a raw export-rights tax.

• Not satisfied by a contract flag alone.
• Not valid unless a future mirror reader, route, remedy, or broadcast-reality surface consumes the relay state.
