Off-License Mirror Relay Default / 越权镜面转播默认

Off-License Mirror Relay Default fires or arms when a mirror relay is treated as clean because the source broadcast was legal somewhere, even though the mirror surface, reader, caption/adaptation, service recipient, or sponsor makegood scope was not separately bound.

The event preserves the source broadcast as real history. It records that the mirror copy became a second reality without carrying the limits that made the source copy safe.

Default triggers

Fire or arm this event when any of these are true:

• a public, lawful, sponsor, archive, pirate, or caption-only source is relayed as universal mirror reality;
• a mirror desk cites Mirror Rights but cannot name the right, territory, reader, and source contract row;
• a caption or localized copy changes the proof a mirror reader relies on without a witness addendum;
• a service row from the source surface is consumed as mirror-recipient authority;
• sponsor makegood inventory is charged to the source audience while the mirror audience receives the benefit;
• a pirate mirror is ignored until it becomes the only proof a later route can cite;
• a future route, remedy, or broadcast-reality surface consumes the relay without reading 镜权转播分裂案卷.

The event fails if it changes only money, mood, generic reputation, or a single legal flag.

Future scar

A valid default must be consumed later by at least one route, remedy, reader, or broadcast-reality surface. Accepted durable scars include mirror_contempt_armed, caption_witness_required, service_recheck_required, sponsor_makegood_due, public_only, lawful_only, pirate_only, recovery_only, route_delay, blocked, hostile, or contradiction_pending.

Non-goals

• Not punishment for using mirror rights correctly.
