Precedent Recall Docket / 前例召回案卷

Precedent Recall Docket is the visible memory card for a later desk that cites an older ruling, exception, stay, foreclosure, collar, makegood, appeal residue, crew decision, asset split, or scar as binding policy.

The card is not a reward receipt and not a law book. It records whether the old result can be generalized to the current case, which desk is trying to generalize it, and which reader is harmed if the precedent spreads too far.

Creation rules

Create this card only from state pressure. A source precedent must already exist, a later desk must be trying to cite it, and at least one changed fact, excluded reader, or nonbinding boundary must be visible or explicitly absent.

The card must not be created by fixed turn count, fixed day/week interval, chapter quota, raw page count, raw precedent count, dashboard status, lens health, or generic institutional escalation.

Valid source precedents

The card can be created when a later desk cites:

  • an oxygen clawback stay, foreclosure, public debt conversion, sponsor subordination, or fan haircut as policy for a non-oxygen case;
  • a sponsor afteruse citation as if it proves all future public, lawful, artist, fan, archive, editor, route, or broadcast-reality readers;
  • an appeal residue route as if it can be spent by a new reader without scope or spend limit;
  • a reader collision split as if the excluded reader was permanently erased;
  • a scar convergence result as if its trustee, quarantine, or sacrifice creates a clean stabilizer;
  • a management compression report as if source debt became yield policy;
  • a provenance afterlife ledger as if one copy kind owns every future route;
  • a live-floor crew load response as if coercion, skeleton coverage, or safety notice is now the default staffing rule.

Scar memory

The row must preserve at least one memory scar:

  • source_scar_visible
  • nonbinding_boundary_visible
  • original_protected_reader_visible
  • changed_fact_visible
  • excluded_reader_visible
  • desk_capture_risk_visible
  • public_notice_required
  • variance_required
  • overrule_or_retire_possible
  • future_policy_cost_visible

Counter hooks

The card can mutate or expose:

  • precedent_recall_pressure
  • institutional_memory_pressure
  • precedent_scope_integrity
  • desk_capture
  • inspection_shortcut_risk
  • management_pressure
  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure
  • public_receipt_distrust
  • fan_oxygen_resentment
  • archive_debt
  • edit_debt
  • source_ambiguity
  • route_asset_pressure
  • crew_refusal_risk
  • producer_license_pressure
  • broadcast_reality_drift
  • future_reader_state

Non-goals

  • Not a generic codex entry.
  • Not a court-lore page.
  • Not a clean doctrine unlock.
  • Not valid unless a later desk cites a preserved source result and the scope of that citation changes future play.
