• Public replay: public countersigned budget + public escrow boundary; Shen remains cooperative but unrecruited.
• Cleanup replay: full cleanup buyout + company custody claim; toxic capture hardens, but Li Deng is neither deleted nor decided.
• Antagonized replay: refusal receipt + custody-refusal absence; Shen is missed and the failure flag persists.

All four use the same docket, actual Shen card, existing transfer schedule, existing terminal log, and named future reader. Virtual evidence, generic any cards, and mixed branch pairs fail.
