This storyline binds 沈曼笙 to the existing D-17 company-transfer choice. Shen already appears as a sponsor and company claimant in the D-17 and Lan Qiao material. Her character line asks what that claim actually becomes when a named future reader must rely on it.

The central question is:

Do you bind Shen’s budget to a no-custody receipt and recruit a narrow compliance patron, keep her at arm’s length through a public countersignature, accept a toxic full-cleanup capture, or refuse the claim and lose her?

The D-17 rite introduces the actual Shen card and makes the company claim visible. It does not recruit her, decide Li Deng’s status, transfer a voice, authorize K-404, validate Lan Qiao’s evidence, or grant route access.

Lan Qiao non-overlap

Lan Qiao’s storyline governs who authored the transfer row, which gates and terminal were used, what handoff was recorded, and whether a receiving custodian exists. Shen’s storyline governs the sponsor’s budget and custody posture after that row becomes visible.

Shen cannot author, repair, replace, or overrule Lan Qiao’s transfer evidence. Lan Qiao cannot supply Shen’s budget, countersignature, company claim, or future compliance cost. The two characters may occupy the same D-17 scene without sharing authority.

Beat 1 — D-17 makes the sponsor’s claim visible

The source rite gains Shen as a base effect on either D-17 choice. Its company-transfer choice records storyteller_shen_mansheng_support and opens pressure; it does not settle custody.

Beat 2 — The event chooses a contract and custody posture

The state-driven event keeps one branch-specific contract card and one branch-specific custody card, discards the other candidates, records an exact branch flag, and preselects the matching rite choice.

Beat 3 — Seven assignments prevent a clean sponsor shortcut

The review requires the company-claim docket, actual Shen card, Lan Qiao transfer schedule, terminal log, branch contract posture, branch custody boundary, and named future reader. No virtual card or generic company evidence may substitute.

Beat 5 — A named future reader charges for the result

The future reader must distinguish a bounded patron, a public counterparty, a toxic company capture, and an antagonized miss. It cannot cite a budget, transfer schedule, terminal log, corporate claim, or route asset as personhood, consent, voice ownership, K-404 protocol, Lan Qiao authorship, lawful custody, or access authority.

Missability and toxic use

Choice 3 sets storyteller_shen_mansheng_antagonized and shen_mansheng.state.antagonized_missed; the ordinary recruitment window is gone. Recovery must expose the hostile company claim and pay a visible public, legal, sponsor, or route cost.

Choice 2 is not a recruitment shortcut. It records shen_mansheng.state.toxic_company_cleanup_patron and increases cleanup/capture pressure without deleting Li Deng or deciding personhood. A future route must challenge, quarantine, countersign, or pay for that capture before reusing Shen’s budget.
