Shen Mansheng is the brand-compliance sponsor who enters D-17 through storyteller-rite-d17-lost-and-found-night. She can put money, legal language, and public countersignatures behind a damaged route—but she also knows how to repackage an inconvenient person, voice, or record as a clean company asset.

Her source card is card-storyteller-shen-mansheng. The base D-17 rite gains the actual card on either source choice; the company-transfer choice records her support and opens a later state-driven custody window. That window decides whether Shen becomes a bounded compliance patron, remains a public-countersigned counterparty, hardens into a toxic cleanup patron, or is antagonized and missed.
