Stability Package Slate / 稳播包装案单

Stability Package Slate is the visible card that holds a crisis after it has become packageable but before one public version hardens. It records the package subject, competing authorial claimants, required inputs, omitted frame, chosen frame, and default author.

This card is not a press-release note. It is a pressure object: if nobody owns the package decision, 稳播包装捕获默认 records which claimant authored reality first.

Card promise

A valid slate must answer:

What happened, who wants to package it, what does each claimant omit, and which future route will read the chosen package?

The package may stabilize attention while making truth, custody, consent, proof, or future recruitment worse.

The card may open after a lawful hold, sponsor bridge, memorial drop, public contrition, fan receipt, edit patch, oxygen relief, false-clean metric, or route-asset custody event. It never opens because a numbered turn or content quota arrived.

The card is invalid if it stores only reputation, audience mood, or a generic PR choice.

Sponsor row

Orion Breath or equivalent sponsor pressure wants a gratitude segment, relief ad, naming-right insert, or liability-safe bridge.

Typical omission: unpaid oxygen debt, consent boundary, witness discomfort, source ambiguity, or crew burden.

Editor row

Han Cutroom or equivalent cutroom pressure wants a checksum-clean recap, delay mask, continuity montage, or source-safe edit.

Typical omission: raw public receipt, unlawfully smoothed grief, edit debt, or later drift.

Inspector row

Inspector Rhee Archive or equivalent audit pressure wants a safety notice, lawful hold, archive table, or admissible explainer.

Typical omission: immediate audience relief, sponsor schedule, or informal public truth.

Fan-public row

Management row

The board, yield comptroller, or production desk wants a case study, efficiency win, liability cap, or stabilized metric.

Typical omission: source debt and the person who paid it.

Branch-ready state

The card must be ready for an assignable rite. A player-facing branch cannot choose “safe package” in the abstract. It must select frame, counter-frame, handler or explicit absence, proof anchor or explicit absence, and bridge/cost.
