Stability Package Queue / 稳播包装队列线

Stability Package Queue is a pressure-system storyline for the moment after a crisis has enough material to become a public package. The question is no longer only who owns the proof or who priced the stability. The question becomes: which watchable version will the audience, sponsor, editor, inspector, and fan public be forced to live inside?

The storyline turns the packaging step into executable play. A sponsor-safe recap, editor-smooth checksum, inspector safety notice, fan-public mourning receipt, management case study, or split package all stabilize different parts of the world and scar different future routes.

Why this is the next useful expansion

Recent content has strong custody, enforcement, management-compression, route-asset, and floor-load surfaces. Those systems answer how an object is held, priced, staffed, enforced, or measured. This storyline fills the next missing layer: how a resolved event gets authored for public consumption without becoming a clean universal truth.

It binds 稳播包装队列机制, 稳播包装案单, 稳播包装仲裁, and 稳播包装捕获默认.

State-triggered entry

Open this storyline when all of the following are true:

  1. a prior crisis or resolution has produced packageable public material;
  2. at least two package claimants want different frames of the same subject;
  3. the package decision can change future route access, audience memory, sponsor safety, edit debt, lawful use, public legitimacy, or broadcast reality;
  4. a handler, proof anchor, bridge, or explicit absence can be represented;
  5. ignoring the package decision lets one author file first or lets absence become the package;
  6. no entry condition depends on a fixed turn number, day interval, chapter quota, raw page count, or lens-health state.

Mechanism

  • 稳播包装队列机制 defines package subject, claimant frames, assignment slots, branch families, default author, and replay evidence.

Card

  • 稳播包装案单 records source relief/debt, package subject, claimant rows, selected frame, counter-frame, handler, proof anchor, bridge/cost, default author, and future reader.

Rite

  • 稳播包装仲裁 resolves sponsor-safe, editor-checksum, inspector-safety, fan-public, split, hold/refuse, and default-capture branches.

Event

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — The crisis becomes packageable

A prior surface produces material that can be shown: a memorial copy, fan oxygen receipt, public contrition, lawful hold, edit patch, sponsor bridge, route asset, stability escrow, management metric, or broadcast-reality correction.

Create a package entry:

  package_subject: <event_person_proof_slot_or_route_asset>
  source_relief: <relief>
  source_debt: <debt>
  trigger_kind: state_pressure
  no_fixed_turn_trigger: true

Beat 2 — Claimant frames arrive

Stability Package Slate lists at least two claimant frames.

Common rows:

  • sponsor relief package: makes the sponsor look like the source of survival;
  • editor checksum package: makes the event watchable by smoothing the contradiction;
  • inspector safety package: makes the event lawful by making it slower and more public;
  • fan-public package: makes grief and oxygen debt undeniable;
  • management case-study package: makes the costly success look efficient.

Each row must name required input, omitted truth, and future route effect.

Beat 3 — The player arbitrates authorship

Offer Stability Package Arbitration. The player chooses a selected frame and counter-frame or explicit absence, then assigns handler, proof anchor, and bridge/cost.

The branch cannot be clean. A package can lower attention risk while increasing capture, edit debt, inspection heat, fan liability, public distrust, source ambiguity, schedule pressure, handler burden, or false-clean metrics.

Beat 4 — Omitted frame becomes cost

The unchosen or under-supported frame does not vanish. It becomes:

  • counter-package pressure;
  • future proof requirement;
  • lawful-only, public-only, sponsor-only, or edit-checksum-required gate;
  • recovery-only route;
  • hostile claimant posture;
  • source ambiguity;
  • fan resentment;
  • management false-clean row.

Beat 5 — Default author hardens the package

If the player hides the slate, lacks input, omits future reader, or lets one claimant file first, Stability Package Capture Default records the default author and future effect.

Default is not flavor. It changes which future route can treat the package as acceptable, blocked, costlier, split-required, or recovery-only.

Character and faction hooks

  • Orion Breath can demand sponsor-safe relief packaging.
  • Han Cutroom can demand checksum-clean recap or edit-safe montage.
  • Inspector Rhee Archive can demand lawful safety packaging.
  • Huo Qian and Yu Lan can push fan-public receipts, mourning packets, oxygen-ledger proof, or unauthorized historian framing.
  • Shen Luo can bridge package pressure with contract capture as a visible cost.

Missability

This storyline is missed when implementation:

  • treats a resolved crisis as automatically narratable;
  • lets sponsor, editor, inspector, or fan public package without naming omitted truth;
  • creates a recap without future route effect;
  • hides default author;
  • uses a fixed turn, fixed day, or chapter quota as trigger;
  • lets all frames stabilize the same audience state.

Recovery is allowed only through cost: rebuild the package publicly, release checksum, accept lawful hold, pay fan oxygen liability, buy sponsor release, split the package, or accept blackout recovery.

Citation afterlife

Later reuse of a resolved package as proof belongs to Stability Package Citation Receipt. This storyline chooses the package frame; the citation receipt checks any later claim that the package proves route readiness, lawful scope, sponsor relief, public acceptance, asset cleanliness, or clean metrics.

Non-goals

  • Not raw content-count growth.
  • Not a generic PR storyline.
  • Not a fixed calendar release beat.
  • Not governance or dashboard content.
  • Not a free stability or reputation repair.
  • Not a replacement for custody, proof burden, stability escrow, cutroom priority, production triage, or management compression.
  • Not valid if the package choice does not change future route acceptance, broadcast reality, or durable cost.
