Duan Wei, Fan-Medical Ledger Custodian / 段微·粉丝病历保管人

段微 appears only after the residue clinic has selected return_to_fan_medical_custody. The clinic has already recorded treatment consent and chosen to return the residue; her job is the narrower, later problem of keeping the resulting fan-medical ledger tied to one named patient key and one named discharge reader.

Her source card promises a recruitable, missable keeper of fan medical ledgers. This character surface makes that promise concrete without turning her into a physician, queue registrar, burn-attribution witness, archive owner, or universal fan representative.

The player may recruit Duan Wei as a bounded ledger custodian, leave the ledger under an independent patient-key escrow, publish one independent fan countersign, or let sponsor packaging/audit absorption permanently miss her. Only bounded recruitment grants route_asset.duan_wei_fan_medical_ledger_custodian.

Gameplay progression lives in Duan Wei Fan-Medical Ledger Custodian Storyline and is observed by Duan Wei Fan-Medical Ledger Custodian Lens.

What Duan Wei may attest to

  • the exact fan-medical ledger row produced after the residue-clinic return branch;
  • the named patient key or its explicit protected absence;
  • the current ledger custodian and handoff chain;
  • which discharge, public-fan, sponsor, audit, archive, or route reader received the bounded result;
  • whether a countersign, escrow restriction, sponsor capture, audit absorption, or hard miss occurred;
  • her own protection, recruitment, independent-witness, hostile, missed, or recovery-only state.

Authority boundary

Duan Wei may not decide or grant:

  • diagnosis, treatment, treatment consent, discharge permission, or universal medical authority;
  • ownership of a body, residue, memorial object, archive, voice, likeness, or person-trace;
  • merchandising, reenactment, broadcast, memorial, or future-use consent;
  • personhood, identity, death, kinship, or lawful claimant status;
  • universal fan consent or authority to speak for every affected patient or fan;
  • a universal sponsor, audit, archive, or medical verdict.

The ash consent tape remains a treatment-consent boundary, not a ledger-use license. A named patient key proves scope, not identity ownership. A discharge reader receives one recorded result, not the patient’s body, pain, residue, voice, or future consent.

Adjacent-character boundaries

  • Xi Sheng owns queue numbering and pain-priority custody before discharge. Duan Wei cannot reorder the queue, reinterpret fever tickets, or certify whose pain came first.
  • Luo Ji owns the named burn-attribution row. Duan Wei cannot diagnose the burn, assign copyright causation, or rewrite his testimony.
  • Residue Clinic Custody owns the eight-beat clinic chain, treatment-consent row, return/quarantine decision, and discharge. Duan Wei begins only after its rite 07 return branch and cannot reopen that decision.
  • Patient-key escrow is independent custody, not recruitment. Public fan countersign is independent testimony, not universal fan consent. Sponsor or audit capture is a hard miss, not clean ownership.
