This storyline binds Xi Sheng to the existing residue-clinic source pack. The old runtime already opens a clinic, creates a fever-ticket roll, records ash consent, offers a sponsor bandage contract, introduces Xi during night-queue protection, and later triggers sponsor-audit and queue-riot consequences. The missing layer is the person’s state: who controls Xi’s numbering testimony when a future reader wants the queue to prove clean recovery?

System boundary: Residue Clinic Custody owns the eight-beat clinic chain and four evidence rows; this character line owns only Xi’s queue testimony, recruitment, and miss state.

The central pressure is:

Do you protect and recruit the registrar who orders care by pain, expose the queue publicly, compel her into an audit, let a sponsor turn her into a branded-recovery clerk, or miss her before the bandage contract closes?

The line opens from the old card’s existing conditions—storyteller_residue_clinic_open plus visible clinic_queue_pressure—when the queue is about to be consumed by a sponsor, audit, discharge, public, or route reader. It does not open just because Xi’s card exists.

Storyline spine

Beat 1 - The ticket stays warm

The residue clinic opens because unauthorized memorial matter is consuming medical slots. A fever ticket and queue pressure make the pain real in production state.

Beat 2 - Xi names the ordering rule

Xi can show whether the queue was ordered by fever, voice loss, signature hallucination, sponsor visibility, audit convenience, or explicit absence. Create the queue-custody docket before anybody treats the line as a clean recovery statistic.

Beat 3 - The bandage contract asks to own recovery

The clean-bandage contract offers immediate supply if every wound becomes a program repair outcome. The ash consent tape proves consent to treatment is not consent to merchandising. The player must name the future reader and harmed patient queue.

Beat 4 - The review changes Xi and the queue

Run the night-queue custody review. Every branch changes Xi’s person-state, queue custody, at least one relief, at least one cost, at least four counters or durable states, and future route acceptance.

Beat 5 - Discharge or audit consumes the result

A recruited Xi can preserve one named pain-priority row for one named reader. Public, protected, sponsor-captured, audit-compelled, quarantined, hostile, and missed states lead to different sponsor-audit, queue-riot, discharge, and route outcomes.

Missability and recovery

Xi is missed when the sponsor bandage contract closes before her person-state or explicit absence, pain-priority basis, patient queue, consent tape, proof bridge, and future reader are recorded. Suppression makes her hostile; a clean miss makes the queue sponsor-owned by default. Neither state is neutral absence.

Recovery must reopen at least one scar: the fever-ticket roll, ash consent tape, thermograph, harmed patient queue, sponsor bandage contract, public fan-medical receipt, audit testimony, Xi’s protection debt, or the original pain-priority rule. Recovery cannot silently grant recruitment.
