Involuntary Broadcast Signatory Default / 非自愿播出署名默认

Involuntary Broadcast Signatory Default is the default event for an aired or packaged claim that treats a person, crowd, body, voice, witness, or route asset as a signer without a valid counterclaim surface.

The event does not mean the broadcast was fully false. It means a later desk consumed the aired surface as clean signature before the alleged signer could ratify, counter-sign, split, escrow, revoke, annul, or be explicitly absent.

Arming conditions

Arm or fire this event when any are true:

• a route reuses an aired claim as if the signatory accepted it, but no 播出署名反诉案卷 exists;
• the signatory is visible or inferable, but minimum_surface_for_valid_signature is missing;
• face, voice, silence, crowd presence, proxy badge, memorial voice, survival proof, archive stamp, or sponsor lower-third is treated as consent by default;
• a counterclaim exists but has no handler or explicit absence;
• a proof bridge is missing without explicit absence;
• the signature is waived without naming the reader made vulnerable by the signature;
• sponsor, archive, edit, public, management, producer-license, or broadcast-reality readers treat the alleged signature as universally clean.

Recovery hooks

Recovery never resets the event cleanly. Valid recovery states include:

• late ratification with higher compensation or protection;
• public counter-signature and sponsor backlash;
• lawful annulment and route quarantine;
• fan mandate rehearing;
• edit checksum disclosure;
• sponsor unwind;
• route asset escrow;
• harmed signatory receipt;
• contradiction-pending route;
• recovery-only signature.

Non-goals

• Not an automatic game-over.
• Not a punishment timer.
• Not a generic bad-PR event.
• Not valid unless an alleged signature was being consumed, hidden, waived, packaged, or cited without the counterclaim state changing future play.
