Broadcast Signatory Counterclaim Docket is the visible card for a broadcast, package, edit, sponsor claim, public receipt, or archive row that made a person or crowd look like a signer after the fact.

The card exists because Storyteller already has strong surfaces for consent debt, reality drift, public contrition, correction slots, and fan mandate splits. The missing playable seam is the involuntary signatory: the artist, fan delegate, worker witness, public reader, sponsor-facing performer, editor, or archive claimant whose image, voice, silence, survival, grief, or queue presence is treated as a signature once the aired reality hardens.

This card does not decide whether the underlying broadcast was true. It records whether the named or inferred signer can counterclaim before the signature is reused as route proof.

Creation rules

Create or update this docket only from state pressure:

• an aired or packaged claim exists;
• a person, crowd, route asset, or explicitly absent body is treated as a signer, witness, endorser, survivor, consenting subject, or mandate holder;
• a later route, package, sponsor claim, public receipt, archive release, correction slot, or broadcast-reality reader wants to reuse that signature;
• the signatory can ratify, counter-sign, split, escrow, revoke, annul, indemnify, or become defaulted;
• at least two reader surfaces can diverge after resolution.

The card must not be created by fixed turn count, fixed day/week interval, chapter quota, raw crisis count, dashboard state, lens health, or generic legal escalation.

What the card catches

This card catches cases where the aired surface turns appearance into consent or witness authority.

Examples:

• an idol’s face during an apology bumper is treated as consent to sponsor wording;
• a fan delegate’s queue overlay is reused as crowd mandate;
• a worker witness visible in an archive cut becomes the implied signer of custody integrity;
• a memorial voice splice becomes a survivor’s endorsement;
• a public receipt shows a crowd calming down and management files it as forgiveness;
• an editor’s checksum is cited as proof that the signer accepted the final cut.
