Broadcast Signatory Counterclaim Lens / 播出署名反诉 Lens
This lens observes whether 播出署名反诉线 and 播出署名反诉机制 correctly turn broadcast-created signature claims into playable, reader-visible state.
The lens exists because broadcast reality can turn appearance into authority. The game already handles consent debt, fan mandate split, reality drift, public contrition, and correction slot scarcity. A remaining failure mode is simpler and nastier: an aired face, voice, silence, crowd overlay, worker glimpse, memorial splice, edit checksum, or sponsor lower-third becomes a clean signature that later desks reuse without letting the alleged signer answer.
A passing implementation proves that no aired or packaged claim can become proof of endorsement, witness, forgiveness, mandate, custody, survival, or consent until the alleged signature is ratified, counter-signed, split, escrowed, revoked, annulled, indemnified with boundary, or defaulted with durable scar.

It is observed through:
Observable promise
A broadcast image is not a signature just because it aired.
When a future reader consumes a signature implied by aired reality, implementation must prove:
- which aired or packaged claim exists;
- which surface produced it;
- which route, package, or reader wants to reuse it;
- who the alleged signer is, or why the signer is explicitly absent;
- what source created the alleged signature;
- which minimum surface would make that signature valid;
- who can counterclaim or why counterclaimant is absent;
- which reader is made vulnerable by the implied signature;
- who handles the counterclaim or why handler is absent;
- what proof bridge exists or why proof is absent;
- how the signature is resolved;
- what cost or scar is accepted;
- how future reader acceptance changes.
The lens fails if the result is only broadcast aired, sponsor accepted, archive approved, public forgave, edit checksum valid, fan crowd appeared, route unlocked, management closed, or broadcast reality accepted.

Hearing oracle
播出署名反诉听证 or equivalent must require explicit assignments:
assignment_required:
docket: storyteller.card.broadcast_signatory_counterclaim_docket.v1
aired_claim_id: <stable id or explicit_absence>
aired_surface: <surface>
route_that_wants_to_reuse_claim: <route or explicit_absence>

accepted_cost_surface_or_absence: <cost scar or explicit_absence>
future_reader_effect: <effect>The lens fails if sponsor money, archive approval, edit checksum, management urgency, public sympathy, legal wording, or broadcast reality erases the signatory counterclaim without these assignments.
Branch divergence oracle
A satisfying implementation must prove at least five non-equivalent branch families plus default or blocked/quarantined state.
| Branch family | Required relief | Required cost | Required future effect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ratify with cost | alleged signer receives required surface and accepts reuse | compensation, protection, handler burden, route delay, or sponsor/public pressure | accepted with ratification cost |
| Counter-sign | boundary or dissent travels with the signature | split message, sponsor heat, archive debt, public confusion | counter-signature required or split-required |
| Split signature | signature is valid for one reader but invalid or pending for another | route split, lawful/public/sponsor divergence | public-only, lawful-only, sponsor-only, split-required, or contradiction-pending |
| Escrow signature | lawful/archive/protected handler holds the signature | delay, inspection heat, bureau debt, sponsor objection | escrow-only or costlier |
| Public revocation | private capture is blocked by public refusal or mandate challenge | sponsor retaliation, audience churn, witness risk | public-only, contradiction-pending, or blocked |
| Lawful annulment | implied signature is annulled for a defined reader set | lawful cost, quarantine, public delay, sponsor default risk | lawful-only, blocked, or recovery-only |
| Sponsor indemnity | commercial reuse proceeds with named boundary | contract capture, public distrust, future unwind | sponsor-only or recovery-only |
| Suppress or ignore | clean reuse moves first | involuntary signer, hostile witness, drift, route scar | involuntary-signatory default, blocked, hostile, reader-limited, or recovery-only |
No branch may produce clean acceptance across public, lawful, sponsor, archive, fan, artist-boundary, route asset, management, producer-license, and broadcast-reality readers.
Default oracle
非自愿播出署名默认 or equivalent must fire or be armed when:
- a future reader consumes an alleged signature without docket;
- signatory is visible or inferable but minimum valid surface is missing;
- face, voice, silence, queue presence, grief token, survival proof, proxy badge, archive stamp, edit checksum, or sponsor lower-third is treated as automatic signature;
- counterclaimant is hidden without explicit absence;
- handler is hidden without explicit absence;
- proof bridge is hidden without explicit absence;
- signature is waived without naming vulnerable reader;
- alleged signature is packaged, cited, closed, corrected, or aired as clean.

Future-reader oracle
The content is not complete until at least one later route, package, citation, proof object, management report, public receipt, sponsor release, lawful annex, archive release, correction slot, route asset, or broadcast-reality check consumes the signature state.
Passing future effects include:
accepted_with_ratification;counter_signature_required;split_required;public_only;lawful_only;sponsor_only;escrow_only;contradiction_pending;blocked;hostile;recovery_only;involuntary_signatory_default.

broadcastSignatoryCounterclaimProgress = 0..8:
0: no aired claim or no alleged signer.1: aired claim, alleged signer or explicit absence, and signature source are visible.2: future reader wants to reuse the signature and minimum valid surface is known.3: 播出署名反诉案卷 or equivalent enters play.4: 播出署名反诉听证 or equivalent offers handler/proof/cost assignments.5: at least three branch choices are visible and gated by signer, proof, reader, or explicit absence.6: at least two successful branches produce distinct counter deltas and durable route states.7: suppression, blocked access, missing surface, or ignored counterclaim produces durable default.8: at least five divergent branch families are proven with replay/session evidence, including one ratify/counter-sign/split path and one default or blocked path.
Non-goals
- Not a global consent meter.
- Not a fixed sequence trigger.
- Not generic worldbuilding.
- Not a free correction slot.
- Not satisfied by page existence alone; proof must come from state, assignments, branch divergence, future reader consumption, and counter deltas.
