This event fires or becomes armed when Iris Vale’s memorial voice is aired, sold, copied, suppressed, masked, quoted, or routed without sufficient probate.

It is the consequence surface for 纪念声权验讫机制 and Iris Vale 纪念声权验讫听证.

A reader treats the voice as authorized because somebody packaged it as clean.

Effects:

• custody_clarity -1;
• public_receipt_distrust +1 or archive_debt +1;
• future use becomes lawful-only, public-only, sponsor-only, or recovery-only.

Echo infringement

The voice reaches air or public relay without lawful chain or scoped public boundary.

Effects:

• echo_infringement_risk +1;
• inspection_heat +1 or archive_signature_legitimacy -1;
• Mara Fen can become hostile witness, protected custodian, or missing witness.

Grief suppression

The voice is buried to avoid liability without acknowledging the fan or public grief surface.

Effects:

• fan_oxygen_resentment +1;
• memorial_integrity -1 or public_receipt_distrust +1;
• later public vigil probate costs more.

Sponsor capture

A sponsor copy or naming package owns the first usable version of Iris’s voice.

Effects:

Cutroom false checksum

An editor mask or cutroom mark makes continuity legible while hiding chain absence.

The voice becomes public through relay without trace or boundary.

Recovery hooks

After this event, recovery is allowed only with scar:

• reopen the probate hearing with stronger chain proof;
• protect or recruit Mara Fen as custodian;
• publish a public acknowledgement and accept sponsor or inspection backlash;
• file a lawful annex and accept bureau debt;
• unwind sponsor copy and accept contract capture residue;
• attach checksum correction and accept edit debt;
• quarantine the voice and accept fan oxygen resentment.

Non-goals

This event is not a random scandal, not generic reputation damage, and not a death scene. It must identify the voice asset, executor, default kind, custodian state, future reader effect, and durable counter deltas.
