Memorial Voice Probate / 纪念声权验讫机制

Memorial Voice Probate governs the moment when a deceased performer’s archived voice is useful enough to save a broadcast slot but legally, emotionally, and custodially unsafe.

The mechanism treats the memorial voice as a route asset, not as a simple recording. The producer must prove who may carry, air, mask, suppress, quarantine, or sell the voice before a future reader consumes it as proof, comfort, sponsor package, fan oxygen relief, or lawful memorial.

Primary playable question

When Iris Vale cannot answer for herself, whose chain makes the voice usable: Mara Fen as custodian, archive permit, public witness, fan vigil, sponsor package, editor checksum, pirate relay, quarantine, or no lawful chain?

A valid resolution must preserve Iris as deceased. It may make her voice usable, protected, disputed, quarantined, pirated, or infringed, but it must not turn her into a recruitable living companion.

State-triggered entry

Open this mechanism only from state pressure:

Valid readers include archive, inspector, sponsor, fan public, pirate relay, cutroom, route asset custody, memorial rights, public receipt, and broadcast reality.

Required surfaces

A probate implementation needs three surfaces:

  1. Docket — records voice asset id, chain state, custodian state, claimants/readers, proposed use, and default danger.
  2. Hearing — lets the player assign custodian, proof, carrier, broadcast boundary, and accepted cost or explicit absence.
  3. Default event — fires or arms when the voice is used, sold, quoted, copied, or suppressed without enough chain.

Probate states

voice_probate_states:
  - unprobated_voice_asset
  - custodian_chain_present
  - custodian_chain_absent
  - custodian_hostile_witness
  - lawful_memorial_probate
  - public_vigil_probate
  - sponsor_packaged_legacy
  - editor_masked_checksum
  - pirate_echo_probate
  - quarantine_until_chain
  - suppressed_memorial_asset
  - false_probate_default
  - echo_infringement_exposed

The implementation may rename states, but it must preserve the distinction between lawful use, public/fan use, sponsor use, cutroom use, pirate use, quarantine, suppression, and false probate.

Branch contract

Branch A — Custodian chain

The producer assigns Mara Fen, a chain key, witness receipt, custody copy, or lawful archive proof.

Expected result:

  • custody_clarity or archive_signature_legitimacy improves;
  • inspection_heat, editor_pressure, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, or public_delay rises;
  • Iris’s voice becomes usable only through a scoped lawful or custodian-backed boundary.

Branch B — Public vigil probate

The producer assigns Yu Lan, fan oxygen queue, public witness, memorial vigil, or apology broadcast.

Expected result:

  • fan oxygen, public receipt legitimacy, or audience stability improves;
  • sponsor pressure, lawful conversion cost, pirate exposure, or witness exposure rises;
  • future use requires public acknowledgement rather than private sponsor packaging.

Branch C — Sponsor packaged legacy

The producer assigns Shen Luo, naming package, stop-loss bridge, memorial sponsor copy, or slot relief.

Expected result:

  • sponsor or schedule pressure improves;
  • contract capture, public distrust, fan resentment, or false-probate risk rises;
  • the voice becomes sponsor-gated or requires later public rebuttal.

Branch D — Editor masked checksum

The producer assigns Baiya, checksum, redaction, black-box fragment, or continuity patch.

Expected result:

  • continuity hazard or broadcast legibility improves;
  • source ambiguity, edit debt, archive debt, or lawful distrust rises;
  • the voice may air only as masked, annotated, or checksum-bound material.

Branch E — Pirate echo probate

The producer assigns pirate relay, unauthorized echo, public leak, or off-grid carrier.

Expected result:

  • suppressed grief becomes audible and public capture may fall;
  • pirate exposure, infringement pressure, archive hostility, or sponsor retaliation rises;
  • the voice becomes public but legally scarred.

Branch F — Quarantine or suppression

The producer refuses use because every available chain would falsely claim Iris.

Expected result:

  • infringement, false owner, or voice integrity risk falls;
  • fan oxygen, schedule, sponsor, public grief, or route access pressure rises;
  • later recovery requires stronger chain, public receipt, or sacrifice.

Branch G — False probate default

The voice is aired, copied, sold, clipped, or buried without a sufficient chain.

Expected result:

  • default event is armed or fired;
  • at least three durable states change;
  • a future reader sees false_probate_default, echo_infringement_exposed, custodian_hostile_witness, sponsor_capture, public_grief_breach, or equivalent.

Counter contract

Every non-trivial branch must change at least one relief surface, one cost surface, and one future route/reader effect.

Primary counters and durable states:

  • voice_integrity
  • memorial_integrity
  • custody_clarity
  • archive_signature_legitimacy
  • archive_debt
  • inspection_heat
  • fan_oxygen
  • fan_oxygen_resentment
  • public_receipt_legitimacy
  • public_receipt_distrust
  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure
  • contract_capture
  • source_ambiguity
  • edit_debt
  • pirate_exposure
  • route_asset_pressure
  • future_route_acceptance
  • echo_infringement_risk

Integration notes

  • With Archive Voice Custody, probate is the route-asset chain check before the voice can be used as lawful memorial content.
  • With Route Assets and Custody, Iris’s voice can become protected, captured, false-owned, quarantined, sponsor-gated, or recovery-only.
  • With Memorial Rights Contempt Storyline, public grief can make a lawful chain politically unsafe or make an unsafe echo socially necessary.
  • With Reader Rebuttal Notice, later readers citing the probate row may owe notice to Mara, fan public, sponsor, archive, or affected proxies.
  • With Stale Dispatch Recall, a sponsor copy, public script, or cutroom mark issued before probate can execute stale if not recalled.

Non-goals

  • Not a resurrection storyline.
  • Not a generic song-rights license.
  • Not a fixed-turn memorial event.
  • Not a clean universal permission slip.
  • Not valid if lawful, public, sponsor, editor, pirate, and archive readers all accept the same voice use for free.
  • Not valid unless a failed or false probate creates durable route consequences.
