Mian Tai Supply Raid Default / 绵苔药品供给查抄默认

This default arms when allow_supply_raid_default resolves or the review expires before protection or artist refusal is recorded, and security, a sponsor, or an inspector removes the backstage supply. The event preserves the supplier miss, consent gap, and recovery-only future. The separate suppression branch ends in hostile countertestimony and does not silently become this raid outcome.

Arming causes

  • Mian Tai or explicit absence is omitted before a raid reader acts;
  • security or sponsor custody replaces the current keeper without a handoff row;
  • stock disappears while source labels, quantity, or medicine debt remain implicit;
  • a legal label is used as if it were a prescription;
  • escrowed illegal medicine is treated as permission to administer;
  • Li Xingtong’s or another artist’s consent is inferred from Mian Tai’s custody;
  • a future reader consumes raided stock as if it were still present.

Recovery rule

Recovery must reopen at least one concrete scar: a seized inventory, batch label, diverted-runner receipt, sponsor purchase order, security log, unpaid medicine debt, independent clinician record, separate artist consent/refusal row, or Mian Tai’s hostile testimony.

The default cannot diagnose or prescribe, infer consent, restore stock cleanly, recruit Mian Tai, decide Xi Sheng’s queue, decide Luo Ji’s injury attribution, allocate oxygen, or grant voice rights.
