Withdrawal Medicine Supply Custody / 戒断药品供给羁押机制
Withdrawal Medicine Supply Custody tracks one concrete medicine batch before a sponsor, security team, inspector, producer, artist route, or licensed clinician consumes it. It answers four narrow questions: where the batch came from, who holds it now, what medicine debt follows it, and what happens if it is raided.
The mechanism never decides whether an artist needs treatment, which treatment is appropriate, whether medicine may be administered, or whether an artist consented. A legal label is provenance, not a prescription. Escrow is custody, not clinical approval.

Default rule
Mian Tai Supply Raid Default fires or remains armed when the review expires or allow_supply_raid_default resolves: the batch disappears before artist acknowledgement/refusal is recorded, security or sponsor seizes the stock without a protected custody row, or a future reader tries to consume the seized supply as clean treatment authority. The resolved suppression branch instead produces hostile_supply_witness, delivery_ledger_erased, and hostile_countertestimony; it does not masquerade as the raid branch.
