Misrecognized Basis Default / 误认基准违约

Misrecognized Basis Default fires or is armed when a result is counted under the wrong basis, counted by the first claimant before management answers, or accepted as clean without the harmed reader, proof anchor, or route effect being visible.

The event does not undo the source result. The broadcast, correction, rescue, or proof remains true. The event changes who can count it and what future route must pay for the mismatch.

Default families

Sponsor booked first

A sponsor counts the result as delivered before public, route, or archive basis is resolved.

Effects:

• immediate budget or slot pressure may fall;
• contract_capture, public_receipt_distrust, or fan_oxygen_resentment rises;
• later correction or public receipt route becomes costlier.

Archive sealed first

An archive or inspector channel counts the result as certified before public or personal basis is accepted.

Effects:

• lawful buffer may rise;
• archive_debt, bureau_favor_debt, or public_receipt_distrust rises;
• public or route-asset use becomes lawful-only or disputed.

Public basis runs first

Fan/public receipt becomes the only accepted basis before lawful, sponsor, or editor channels agree.

Effects:

• public legitimacy may rise;
• inspection_heat, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, or source_exposure rises;
• lawful or sponsor route becomes costlier.

Editor checksum replaces source

The cutroom or black-box output becomes the basis before the proof source is settled.

Effects:

• edit lane may reopen;
• source_ambiguity, archive_debt, or public_receipt_distrust rises;
• clean source route may become recovery-only.

Route asset counted wrongly

A route asset, witness, handler, or protected person is used as proof for the wrong channel.

Effects:

• one route may stay open briefly;
• handler_burden, route_asset_pressure, or future_blackmail_cost rises;
• the asset may become hostile, captured, costlier, or recovery-only.

Required consequences

The event must change at least three surfaces:

1. recognized basis state;
2. default claimant or excluded reader state;
3. future route, proof, payment claim, certification, or custody gate;
4. at least one pressure, debt, burden, or ambiguity counter.

The event fails as content if it only adds flavor text, anger, or a generic penalty.

Recovery hooks

Recovery is allowed only with scar:

• reopen 基准确认听证 with proof and an excluded reader;
• convert the wrong basis into 播出破产账本线 as a payable promise;
• move the claimant into 压力认领人转化链;
• feed incompatible rows into 认领撞锁线;
• accept recovery-only use for the affected route asset through Route Assets and Custody.

Non-goals

• Not a random punishment event.
• Not a fixed-turn timeout.
• Not a retroactive denial of what happened.
• Not valid if the source result disappears.
• Not valid if no future playable surface changes.
