Mirror Relay Territorial Split / 镜权转播地域分裂机制

Mirror Relay Territorial Split prevents a legal source broadcast from becoming a clean universal mirror copy. It makes every mirror relay name the source asset, source reader scope, mirror surface, mirror reader, required mirror right, caption/adaptation state, service authority, and future route or remedy that will consume the relay.

Mirror Rights already says rights are executable permissions attached to schedule contracts. This mechanism adds the relay consequence: a right may permit an action, but it does not automatically transfer every proof, caption, service row, oxygen credit, sponsor makegood, or remedy waiver to a second reader surface.

Trigger surface

A mirror relay pressure surface exists when all of the following are visible or explicitly absent:

Invalid trigger sources:

• fixed numbered turn;
• day or week interval;
• raw relay count;
• raw legality count;
• lens health;
• dashboard state;
• generic rights cleanup without a source asset and a future mirror consumer.

A source broadcast can be true, legal, and scheduled while the mirror copy remains unbound, caption-unsafe, unserved, sponsor-captured, or recovery-only.

No branch may make a source broadcast valid for public, lawful, sponsor, archive, caption, route claimant, and broadcast-reality mirror readers at once.

Valid resolutions change at least three surfaces. At least one must be relief and at least one must be cost.

Default behavior

越权镜面转播默认 fires or arms if future play consumes a relay without proving source legality, mirror scope, mirror rights, caption/adaptation integrity, service authority, and sponsor makegood scope.

The default is not a dead end. It creates a scarred mirror state that later routes can read: false_clean_mirror, caption_witness_required, service_recheck_required, sponsor_makegood_due, mirror_contempt_armed, recovery_only, or contradiction_pending.

Non-goals

• Not a replacement for 播出合法性转轨线.
• Not a generic international sales mechanic.
• Not a clean export button.
• Not satisfied by a contract flag.
• Not allowed to trigger from fixed turn count or raw relay count.
