Editor Labor Capacity and Refusal Lens / 剪辑劳动容量与拒绝 Lens

This lens observes whether Editor Labor Capacity and Refusal makes human edit capacity visible after a prior assignment.

The character lens for Mina Cut proves that Mina can be recruited, protected, refused, captured, made hostile, or missed. This top-level lens asks a different question: do later production systems actually respect those states, or do they merely see an editor card and assume another cut is available?

Current observation stage

This release is a source-backed contract lens. Its computed result covers the global state schema, the concrete Mina producer, eight live branch outcomes, and compatibility boundaries for five downstream systems. It does not claim that all five consumers already execute the labor-state join. Broad rollout requires at least two consumer rites to condition playable assignment on this row and to add their own durable replays.

Observable promise

A satisfying implementation proves this implication is false:

editor completed one source edit
  + editor card is visible
  + edit lane is selected
  = editor consents to and can safely perform the next edit

It must instead preserve a complete labor row containing the source edit, named editor, numeric capacity and burnout, consent/refusal, substitute or absence, protection/rest/recovery plan, next demand, future reader, person-state after, edit-state after, and future route effect.

  no_fixed_turn_trigger: true
  no_fixed_day_or_week_trigger: true
  no_raw_edit_or_card_count_trigger: true
  no_dashboard_or_lens_health_trigger: true

The lens fails if it opens from schedule cleanup, a fixed chapter beat, a raw number of edits, staff-card presence, dashboard health, or a generic fatigue flag without the named source and next demand.

First source oracle

The first executable producer is exact and cannot be replaced by a generic editor token:

source_editor: editor.mina_cut
source_rite: rite.last_air_edit
source_assignments:
  slot-editor: editor.mina_cut
  slot-voiceprint: asset.lyra_voiceprint
  slot-vigil-choir: fan.vigil_choir
source_success_flag: mina_cut.source_last_air_edit_completed
source_attempt_counter:
  editor_burnout: 1
blocked_source_branch_opens_labor_review: false

The later review must use Mina Cut Last-Air Labor Docket and the nine exact real slots in Mina Cut Last-Air Labor Review. riteChoices selects the result; there is no selected-branch prop card.

Numeric state and person-state oracle

Numeric counters do not replace person-state, and person-state does not erase counters.

OutcomeRequired person-stateMinimum numeric evidenceAssignment meaning
protected recruitrecruited_protected_last_air_editorcapacity 1, burnout 2, future route cost 1one named edit with rest window
protected refusalprotected_refusalcapacity 1, burnout 1, worker safety 2, broadcast debt 1capacity is reserved but not assignable; substitute required
hostile losshostile_labor_witnessburnout 1, future route cost 2actual Mina card absent; no production assignment
burnout missburned_out_missed plus failure.editor_burnoutburnout 6, worker-safety debt 4, edit debt 2actual Mina card absent; recovery-only

The lens fails if editor_capacity > 0 alone overrides refusal, sponsor-only scope, archive-only scope, hostility, loss, or recovery-only state.

Branch divergence oracle

The labor review must retain eight non-equivalent branch families:

  1. protected recruitment;
  2. honored refusal and delay;
  3. named substitute pairing;
  4. public labor receipt;
  5. sponsor emergency retainer;
  6. archive-only supervision;
  7. refusal suppression and hostile loss;
  8. forced-edit burnout default.

Every branch needs relief, cost, person-state after, edit-state after, future effect, and at least five matching counter deltas. No branch may grant universal editor authority, final-cut custody, source-copy ownership, voice consent, or memorial consent.

Downstream consumption oracle

The pressure line is broader than its first character producer. Later readers must consume both numeric and person-state.

required_consumers:
  cutroom_priority_queue:
    may_choose: selected_cut_row
    must_read: [editor_state_after, editor_capacity_after, editor_burnout_after, consent_or_refusal, rest_or_substitute]
  production_triage_desk:
    may_choose: assigned_ticket_and_handler
    must_read: [actual_editor_present, editor_state_after, future_effect]
  enforcement_mandate_exhaustion:
    may_choose: editorial_patch_row
    must_not_infer: valid_order_equals_voluntary_editor_labor
  faction_liability_underwriting:
    may_choose: edit_capacity_as_collateral
    must_preserve: [labor_debt, excluded_worker_claim, call_trigger]
  broadcast_insolvency_ledger:
    may_choose: editor_or_proof_creditor
    must_preserve: [rest_debt, protection_debt, worker_safety_debt, editor_lien]

The first release of this lens requires the consumer contract to be explicit and the Mina source runtime to be durable. Broad implementation is incomplete until at least two downstream consumers condition their playable route on the labor row rather than generic editor presence.

Durable replay oracle

The following existing Game CLI artifacts are required and are intentionally scoped to the concrete Mina source line:

  • lens/replays/mina-cut-last-air-editor.recruit.replay.json;
  • lens/replays/mina-cut-last-air-editor.refuse.replay.json;
  • lens/replays/mina-cut-last-air-editor.hostile.replay.json;
  • lens/replays/mina-cut-last-air-editor.burnout.replay.json.

Each replay must complete rite.last_air_edit before the labor review, use the exact nine review cards, resolve the expected branch, and retain matching final flags, counters, and Mina-card presence. The burnout path must also resolve the real burnout event.

Non-duplication oracle

  • Cutroom priority chooses a row; this lens proves the named human can voluntarily and safely carry it.
  • Production triage chooses a handler; this lens prevents handler presence from becoming consent.
  • Han Cutroom owns final-copy custody; this lens grants none.
  • Voice and memorial consent remain with their own principals and custody systems.
  • A burnout record is evidence of harm, not a living recruit or substitute editor.

Only source: storyteller satisfies this lens. Reference datasets and other source identities cannot satisfy any oracle here.

Passing implementation

A passing implementation has the bound storyline/mechanism/lens pair, exact Mina source runtime, eight costed branches, resolved burnout default, all four durable replays, explicit downstream consumption contracts, narrow authority, and no fixed or dashboard trigger.

Failing implementation

Fail if any later edit can be staffed solely because an editor card, route asset, source copy, checksum, or edit lane exists; if refusal leaves the editor assignable; if burnout keeps the person in hand; if counters disappear after branch resolution; if a blocked source edit opens labor review; or if another canon is used as evidence.
