Oxygen Claim Exchange Lens

This lens observes Oxygen Claim Exchange Storyline, 呼吸索赔交易所, 观众稳定性下限, and Route Assets and Custody.

It is observed through Audience Stability Index, Sponsor oxygen active-hand cards, Ratings Floor Breach, Receipt Packet Counterclaim, Oxygen Audit Notice, Audience Stability Triage, and Receipt Counterclaim Hearing.

Observable promise

Storyteller must prove that sponsor money, fan oxygen, archive custody, and public audience stability cannot all be cleaned by one successful branch.

A satisfying implementation exposes a local claim exchange: the player sees claim rows, assigns a handler or explicit absence, chooses a settlement posture, and receives durable relief plus durable cost. The exchange is not a global economy and not a generic legal scene. It is a management/RPG pressure surface where factions fight over who pays for breath, who owns proof, and who is allowed to keep the audience watching.

State-triggered entry

The exchange may be offered only when all of the following are true:

  1. audience floor, sponsor oxygen, receipt counterclaim, fan oxygen refund, archive custody, blackout scar, voice/body receipt, memorial air, or route-asset custody pressure is live or scarred;
  2. at least two claimants can contest the wound: sponsor desk, fan oxygen public, archive bureau, inspector authority, editor custody, artist/memorial claimant, pirate relay, schedule board, or explicit no-show/captured claimant;
  3. a replay-visible claim object exists: audience stability index, sponsor active-hand card, fan ledger, public receipt, sponsor duplicate, archive docket, black-box fragment, voice/body receipt, memorial air copy, schedule scar, or route asset;
  4. a handler, claimant, route asset, or explicit no-show can be assigned;
  5. at least one settlement posture is offered: escrow, refund, publish, lien, bridge, settle, default, or suppress.

The canonical entry is state plus claimant pressure. It must not be implemented as a fixed numbered trigger.

Required observable content

Claim ledger

A satisfying replay or data inspection must expose at least one claim ledger row with:

  • claimant;
  • claim_object;
  • liability_type;
  • settlement_posture;
  • assigned_actor or explicit absence;
  • durable_result;
  • before/after counter deltas.

Branch states

A satisfying implementation must expose durable states equivalent to at least five of:

  • claim_window_open
  • sponsor_escrow_offer
  • fan_refund_demand
  • archive_lien_asserted
  • public_settlement
  • private_capture
  • pirate_mutual_aid_bridge
  • unpaid_default
  • hostile_claimant
  • claim_suppressed
  • false_custody_owner
  • refund_queue_open

Assignment slots

At least one exchange action must record these slots or explicit absence:

SlotRequired meaning
claim_objectThe ledger/proof/wound being priced.
claimantsAt least two factions contesting payment, custody, or legitimacy.
handlerActor, route asset, claimant, or no-show assigned to resolve the row.
settlement_postureEscrow, refund, publish, lien, bridge, settle, default, or suppress.
costThe pressure or resource spent by success.

Required branch divergence

Branch A — Sponsor escrow

Sponsor money can stabilize a breach, but it must not clear the wound.

Expected evidence:

  • outcome includes sponsor_escrow_offer, private_capture, or sponsor_claim_on_settlement;
  • broadcast_floor_breach, audience_churn, or sponsor_stop_loss_pressure improves;
  • sponsor_escrow_debt, contract_capture, public_receipt_distrust, inspection_heat, or archive_fraud worsens.

Branch B — Fan refund / public receipt

Fan oxygen relief can create legitimacy, but it must expose someone else.

Expected evidence:

  • outcome includes fan_refund_demand, refund_queue_open, public_settlement, or fan_stub_witnesses_mobilized;
  • fan_oxygen_balance, public_receipt_legitimacy, or public_grief_stability improves;
  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, inspection_heat, archive_debt, or schedule_slots_occupied worsens.

Branch C — Archive lien

Archive-first settlement can protect custody proof, but it must worsen attention or faction pressure.

Expected evidence:

  • outcome includes archive_lien_asserted, claim_payment_frozen, or custody_first_settlement;
  • receipt_legitimacy, archive_signature_legitimacy, or custody_gap improves;
  • audience_churn, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, fan_oxygen_resentment, or schedule_pressure worsens.

Branch D — Pirate mutual-aid bridge

Unofficial fan or pirate attention can keep the audience present, but it must become custody risk.

Expected evidence:

  • outcome includes pirate_mutual_aid_bridge, relay_claim_exposure, or fan_public_now_claimant;
  • audience_churn, public_grief_stability, or fan_oxygen_balance improves;
  • relay_custody_risk, inspection_heat, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, or fan_oxygen_resentment worsens.

Branch E — Default, suppress, or private capture

The exchange must have a miss/failure posture that remains observable.

Expected evidence:

  • outcome includes unpaid_default, hostile_claimant, private_capture, false_custody_owner, or claim_suppressed;
  • immediate pressure may pause, but at least one future option becomes more expensive, blocked, hostile, captured, or legally suspect;
  • fan_oxygen_resentment, audience_churn, archive_debt, contract_capture, inspection_heat, or route-asset capture/miss pressure worsens.

Oracle assertions

A sibling executable lens should fail unless all assertions below are true.

  1. Primary links existobserves and observed_through arrays are populated and point to existing Storyteller wiki surfaces.
  2. State-triggered entry — exchange availability is driven by live audience/sponsor/fan/archive/custody state plus claimant pressure, not a fixed numbered trigger.
  3. Ledger row exists — replay or data inspection exposes claim rows with claimant, object, liability type, posture, assignment, durable result, and deltas.
  4. Multiple claimants — at least two factions contest the claim; one faction cannot settle against itself.
  5. Assignment is explicit — handler, claimant, route asset, or no-show state is recorded rather than implied in prose.
  6. Branch outcomes diverge — sponsor escrow, fan refund/public receipt, archive lien, pirate mutual-aid, and default/suppression do not collapse into the same result.
  7. Relief has cost — every positive branch improves at least one audience/fan/sponsor/archive variable and worsens or spends another pressure.
  8. Sponsor escrow is not a clean win — sponsor money cannot reduce breach or stop-loss pressure without capture, escrow debt, public distrust, audit, fraud, or later objection.
  9. Fan refund is public pressure — fan relief cannot improve legitimacy without exposing sponsor, archive, inspection, schedule, or route-asset pressure.
  10. Archive lien delays payment — custody protection cannot improve proof legitimacy without worsening audience, sponsor, fan, or schedule pressure.
  11. Pirate bridge creates custody risk — unofficial attention cannot stabilize audience or fan oxygen without relay, inspection, sponsor, or resentment cost.
  12. Failure is durable — default, suppression, hostile claimant, private capture, or false owner changes later availability, cost, tags, counters, or route-asset state.
  13. Replay provenance — passing evidence includes session id, seed, offered choices, claim rows, assigned slots, selected posture, branch outcome, durable states, and counter deltas from game state.

Progress metric

Progress is branch coverage and debt topology, not page count.

  • 20%: exchange can identify a claimable wound, two claimants, and one claim object.
  • 40%: at least one exchange action records claim row, handler/no-show, posture, and cost.
  • 60%: sponsor escrow and fan refund/public receipt produce distinct relief/cost deltas.
  • 80%: archive lien or pirate mutual-aid creates a third non-equivalent settlement path with durable follow-up pressure.
  • 100%: default/suppression/private capture is replay-proven as a durable miss/failure state, and at least three branches include session evidence with assignments, outcomes, states, and counter deltas.

Non-goals

  • Not a global economy.
  • Not a universal oxygen HP track.
  • Not a generic claims court or governance page.
  • Not a fixed numbered trigger.
  • Not a clean sponsor payment solution.
  • Not satisfied by prose-only branch descriptions; proof must come from branch state and replay evidence.
