Oxygen Claim Exchange Storyline

Oxygen Claim Exchange Storyline is a non-character pressure storyline for the moment after a broadcast wound becomes payable.

The existing wiki already supports audience-floor triage, sponsor oxygen pressure, receipt counterclaims, and route-asset custody. This storyline adds the missing operating layer between them: a claim exchange where sponsor money, fan oxygen, archive custody, public receipt legitimacy, and pirate attention become mutually exclusive settlement routes.

Primary playable question

When one broadcast wound creates several incompatible claims, who gets paid, who gets custody, who gets proof, and who becomes a hostile claimant when the producer chooses?

The answer should never be a clean accounting success. The storyline is satisfied only when a settlement creates visible relief and visible new debt.

State-triggered entry

Open this storyline when all of the following are true:

  1. 观众稳定性下限 is volatile, breached, patched, bridged, compressed, or spiraling;
  2. one claimable wound exists: Ratings Floor Breach, Receipt Packet Counterclaim, Oxygen Audit Notice, sponsor stop-loss demand, fan refund demand, custody proof split, voice/body receipt contradiction, memorial air dispute, or blackout scar;
  3. at least two claimant factions can contest the wound: sponsor desk, fan oxygen public, archive bureau, inspector authority, editor custody, artist/memorial claimant, pirate relay, or schedule board;
  4. the player has one ledger/proof object and one handler, route asset, or explicit no-show state available.

The storyline is driven by live claim state. It has no fixed numbered entry trigger.

Branch model

Branch A — Sponsor escrow settlement

The player lets sponsor money stabilize the audience floor or pause stop-loss pressure.

Required assignment:

  • sponsor claimant or counsel;
  • 沈洛, Orion Breath, or equivalent negotiator;
  • claim object: sponsor duplicate, fan ledger, public receipt, audience stability index, or memorial/voice receipt.

Expected result:

  • sponsor_escrow_offer, private_capture, or sponsor_claim_on_settlement becomes durable;
  • broadcast_floor_breach, audience_churn, or sponsor_stop_loss_pressure improves;
  • sponsor_escrow_debt, contract_capture, public_receipt_distrust, inspection_heat, or archive_fraud worsens.

Branch B — Fan refund and receipt publication

The player makes the oxygen claim legible through fan witnesses, public receipt, or unauthorized history.

Required assignment:

  • fan oxygen ledger, fan queue receipt, or public witness proof;
  • 郁蓝, fan coordinator, 白鸦, or an equivalent publication actor;
  • sponsor, archive, or inspector claimant still able to object.

Expected result:

  • public_settlement, fan_refund_demand, refund_queue_open, or fan_stub_witnesses_mobilized becomes durable;
  • fan_oxygen_balance, public_receipt_legitimacy, or public_grief_stability improves;
  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, inspection_heat, archive_debt, or schedule_slots_occupied worsens.

Branch C — Archive lien before payment

The player freezes settlement under archive or inspector custody until proof is legible.

Required assignment:

  • archive docket, receipt packet, black-box fragment, voice/body receipt, or custody proof;
  • 韩砚霜, Inspector Rhee, 白鸦, archive clerk, or equivalent audit/edit actor;
  • at least one public or sponsor claimant still pressing for immediate settlement.

Expected result:

  • archive_lien_asserted, claim_payment_frozen, or custody_first_settlement becomes durable;
  • receipt_legitimacy, archive_signature_legitimacy, or custody_gap improves;
  • audience_churn, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, fan_oxygen_resentment, or schedule_pressure worsens.

Branch D — Pirate mutual-aid bridge

The player lets unpaid fan oxygen pressure remain socially alive through unofficial relay.

Required assignment:

  • 艾笙, pirate relay, fan commentary, or route asset carrier;
  • fan oxygen claim or audience-floor breach;
  • sponsor or inspector claimant still able to retaliate.

Expected result:

  • pirate_mutual_aid_bridge, relay_claim_exposure, or fan_public_now_claimant becomes durable;
  • audience_churn, public_grief_stability, or fan_oxygen_balance improves;
  • relay_custody_risk, inspection_heat, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, or fan_oxygen_resentment worsens.

Branch E — Quiet default / suppressed claim

The player hides the claim, allows no credible handler to appear, accepts private capture, or lets a powerful faction own the settlement.

Expected result:

  • unpaid_default, hostile_claimant, private_capture, false_custody_owner, or claim_suppressed becomes durable;
  • one immediate pressure may pause;
  • fan_oxygen_resentment, audience_churn, archive_debt, contract_capture, inspection_heat, or route-asset miss/capture pressure worsens.

Counters and durable state contract

Every resolved branch must change at least three counters or durable states. At least one movement must be visible relief. At least one movement must be visible cost.

Primary counter families:

  • audience: audience_stability, audience_churn, broadcast_floor_breach, public_grief_stability;
  • fan oxygen: fan_oxygen_balance, fan_oxygen_resentment, fan_refund_debt;
  • sponsor: sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, sponsor_escrow_debt, contract_capture;
  • archive/custody: archive_debt, archive_fraud, archive_signature_legitimacy, custody_gap, false_custody_owner;
  • pressure: public_receipt_legitimacy, public_receipt_distrust, inspection_heat, relay_custody_risk, schedule_slots_occupied.

Missability and recovery

The exchange is missable when the player repeatedly patches audience instability without opening claim settlement, suppresses public receipt rows, lets sponsor settlement capture the ledger, or ignores fan oxygen refund demands until unpaid default becomes durable.

Recovery is allowed only by paying a new cost through at least one of:

  • public receipt publication with sponsor or inspector backlash;
  • late fan refund with increased archive or schedule pressure;
  • sponsor escrow with visible contract capture;
  • archive lien with audience churn risk;
  • pirate mutual-aid bridge with relay custody exposure;
  • rescue or repair of a missed, hostile, captured, or false-owner route asset.

Non-goals

  • Not a global economy layer.
  • Not a universal debt tracker.
  • Not a fixed numbered trigger.
  • Not a clean sponsor settlement.
  • Not filler aftermath.
  • Not an ending-only consequence; every branch must change later offers, counters, tags, route assets, or faction posture.
