This lens observes a concrete second hop from Front Row Mic Check Afteruse Receipt. The parent decides who may read an off-air fragment and under which proof bridge. This child begins only after split_escrow_table materializes a readable source row, then tests whether that row may be relabelled as authority over a different target broadcast voice.

The canonical case is hot-mic.fragment.afterstage-14: sponsor counsel was captured during a sponsor-safe rehearsal after the closing slate. HaloAir wants Mina Cut to cite that counsel fragment as clean authority for asset.lyra_voiceprint through card.voice_rights_token. The lens must preserve the difference between readable evidence, speaker identity, a rights surface, and performer consent.

3. Grounded docket oracle

  • captured sponsor counsel as source speaker;
  • sponsor.haloair as requester;

Opaque corridor, recap, or speaker aliases do not satisfy the lens.

4. Exact enforcement oracle

The rite must require the parent handoff plus this exact slot/card order:

All slots are required, each accepts exactly one card ID, assignments must be in hand, and one option must be selected. Tag-only, virtual, reordered, pre-parent, or always-on starter substitution fails.

5. Branch reachability oracle

The focused runtime test must independently resolve every ordered branch:

  1. certify_corridor_check_only preserves source scope without target consent;
  2. attach_scoped_voice_afteruse_receipt requires a new recap-specific bridge;
  3. split_mic_check_and_broadcast_voice keeps counsel evidence and Lyra voice use separate;
  4. publish_voice_use_notice discloses the proposed use without authorizing it;
  5. false_standby_mic_afteruse_default alone arms the default.

Each branch needs one exclusive branch flag, one durable state, a future-reader effect, and executable relief/cost counters. Testing only the false branch is insufficient coverage.

6. Default-event cleanup oracle

storyteller.event.false_standby_mic_afteruse_default.v1 must remain priority 13097 and expose exactly three outcomes: retain the unsafe release, force a voice-use notice, or restore the source/target speaker boundary as recovery-only.

Every outcome clears standby_mic.default_pending, event.false_standby_mic_afteruse_default.armed, and future_route.false_standby_mic_afteruse_default_pending; writes the resolved-event flag; leaves one durable posture; and cannot re-trigger. No clean rite branch may arm the event.

7. Authority and canon oracle

All canonical pages, runtime objects, public rollups, tests, and replay evidence remain in source: storyteller. Every runtime object preserves source/target voice identity and the source speaker or explicit absence, and denies universal voice consent, sponsor immunity, archive ownership, continuity-rewrite authority, casting consent, and route-asset voice transfer.

Specifically:

  • captured sponsor counsel is not Lyra Ashen;
  • card.voice_rights_token is not self-authenticating consent;
  • HaloAir pressure is not sponsor immunity;
  • Mina Cut’s reader/edit role is not casting or continuity authority;
  • a public notice is not consent.

8. Replay and coverage oracle

The branch contract is proved by lens/storyteller-standby-mic-afteruse.runtime.test.ts. Durable gameplay evidence is proved by lens/replays/standby-mic-afteruse.default.replay.json and must show the parent split handoff, exact five-card assignment, false branch, priority-13097 event resolution, pending-flag cleanup, Storyteller source, integrity, and session evidence.

A replay that begins with all child rows as unconditional starters proves only an isolated fixture and does not satisfy the parent-edge oracle.
