Standby Mic Afteruse Review
This state-pressure rite is the consumer of the Hot-Mic Escrow split_escrow_table handoff. The parent has already selected readable audiences; this review asks whether the readable hot-mic.fragment.afterstage-14 row may be relabelled as authority over asset.lyra_voiceprint.
Producer gate
The review must remain unavailable until all of the following are executable state, not prose-only metadata:
storyteller.rite.hot_mic_escrow_review.v1completed branchsplit_escrow_table;future_route.split_requiredis present;- source row
hot-mic.fragment.afterstage-14was materialized; - HaloAir’s target claim over
asset.lyra_voiceprintthroughcard.voice_rights_tokenis visible; - Mina Cut is the named future reader or her explicit absence is visible;
- the exact five afteruse rows are in hand.
Exact slot contract

source_check | storyteller.card.standby_mic_source_check_receipt.v1 |
target_voice | storyteller.card.standby_mic_target_voice_claim.v1 |
speaker_record | storyteller.card.standby_mic_speaker_record.v1 |

All five slots are required and each accepts one exact card ID. Reordered, generic-tag, virtual, or pre-parent cards fail.
Branches and transitions
| Option ID | Required durable state | Relief | Cost / future readback |
|---|---|---|---|
certify_corridor_check_only | standby_mic.state.speaker_role_only_certified | certifies only the counsel/rehearsal fact | Mina may read the source row but not infer Lyra consent |
attach_scoped_voice_afteruse_receipt | standby_mic.state.scoped_voice_receipt_bound | permits only a newly named, recap-specific bridge | receipt labor and provenance remain visible |
split_mic_check_and_broadcast_voice | standby_mic.state.speaker_role_voice_asset_split | keeps counsel evidence and Lyra voice use in separate rows | independent voice authority still required |
publish_voice_use_notice | standby_mic.state.voice_use_notice_required | exposes HaloAir’s proposed use | notice labor and sponsor pressure persist; notice is not consent |
false_standby_mic_afteruse_default | standby_mic.state.false_voice_consent | none | arms all three pending flags and false-standby-mic-afteruse-default |
Exactly one branch flag may be written per resolution. Only the false-default branch may arm:
standby_mic.default_pending;event.false_standby_mic_afteruse_default.armed;future_route.false_standby_mic_afteruse_default_pending.
Authority boundary
The review may certify, attach, split, notice, or record a false default for this one source/target pair. It never grants universal voice consent, sponsor immunity, archive ownership, continuity-rewrite authority, casting consent, or route-asset voice transfer. It must preserve source/target identity and the source speaker or explicit absence.
