Claimant Floor Intake / 认领人现场接待机制

Claimant Floor Intake makes the physical receiving edge of a claim executable. A fan oxygen row, memorial-air carrier, archive clerk, sponsor courier, public witness, or pirate relay can reach the floor before the formal claim systems are ready. The mechanism asks: who receives the row, through which gate, with which proof, and what becomes default if no one owns intake?

This mechanism sits between existing systems rather than replacing them:

The new surface is the intake moment before these systems take over.

Mechanism promise

When a live-floor claimant row appears, the game must be able to answer:

Which row arrived, what proof or absence did it carry, which gate or floor lane received it, who was allowed to answer first, and which future system reads the result?

The answer must appear in Claimant Floor Intake Docket, resolve through Claimant Intake Check, or default through Claimant Queue Overrun Default.

State-triggered entry

Open this mechanism when all of the following are true:

  1. a claimant row is physically present, relay-present, queued, blocked, or requesting entry at live floor, audience gate, oxygen floor, archive cordon, public receipt table, sponsor counterdesk, or equivalent;
  2. the row has a proof object, demanded control, target, or explicit absence;
  3. at least one gate or floor lane can be pressured, absent, wrong-team, coerced, overrun, hidden, or contested;
  4. a future route or system will read intake outcome: oxygen exchange, memorial chain, claimant conversion, claimant collision, management compression, live-floor load, or broadcast schedule;
  5. the player can answer with public queue number, lawful intake, floor escort, sponsor counterdesk, split escrow, quarantine, refusal with record, or explicit default;
  6. no entry condition depends on fixed turn count, day count, chapter quota, raw content count, or lens/dashboard health.

Claimant row families

A row may be a person, faction desk, relay, route asset, or explicit absence. The row must be stable enough for later systems to read.

Branch contract

Branch A — Public queue number

The player makes the row visible through public numbering or receipt.

Expected outcome:

  • public_numbered, public_receipt_pending, or public_only becomes durable;
  • public legitimacy or fan oxygen legibility improves;
  • sponsor, inspection, floor load, or public exposure cost rises.

Branch B — Lawful intake

The player routes the row through archive/inspector proof checking before giving it control.

Expected outcome:

  • proof legibility, custody clarity, or false-first-claimant resistance improves;
  • audience churn, proof burden, inspection heat, or lawful-only restriction rises;
  • future route may block until stamp or become lawful-only.

Branch C — Floor escort

The player assigns runner/security/oxygen/audience capacity to move the row to the correct future reader.

Expected outcome:

  • overrun risk falls and proof reaches a reader;
  • crew load, handler burden, schedule pressure, or another lane load rises;
  • future reader unlocks but with narrowed or costlier route.

Branch D — Sponsor counterdesk

The player accepts private money, countercopy, or sponsor desk first.

Expected outcome:

  • sponsor stop-loss or immediate slot pressure improves;
  • contract capture, public receipt distrust, false first claimant, or lawful appeal cost rises;
  • future reader becomes sponsor-only, conversion-ready, or appeal-required.

Branch E — Split escrow or quarantine

The player prevents a single claimant from owning the row.

Expected outcome:

  • collision or false-owner pressure falls;
  • route narrows, archive debt, handler burden, or recovery cost rises;
  • future reader must handle split canon or recovery-only state.

Branch F — Refuse and record

The player refuses demanded control but creates a visible scar instead of hiding the row.

Expected outcome:

  • intake boundary becomes legible and false-first-claimant pressure may fall;
  • hostility, public distrust, resentment, or inspection heat rises;
  • conversion or collision opens with named cost.

Branch G — Default selects

The player leaves no credible answer, floor lane, handler, gate, or future reader.

Expected outcome:

  • Claimant Queue Overrun Default fires or arms;
  • default actor and missing inputs are recorded;
  • future route becomes blocked, costlier, public-only, lawful-only, sponsor-only, recovery-only, collision-ready, or conversion-ready.

Management-compression interaction

If a manager or sponsor tries to count intake as clean throughput, the mechanism must expose what was hidden:

management_read:
  proposed_metric: queue_cleared | slot_preserved | sponsor_pressure_lowered | floor_efficiency | public_dispute_suppressed | equivalent
  hidden_scar: floor_lane_load | false_first_claimant | public_receipt_distrust | archive_freeze | sponsor_capture | relay_risk | conversion_window_open | equivalent
  valid_only_if_future_reader_named: true

A clean metric is invalid unless the docket names the row, proof, gate, floor lane, answer, scar, and future reader.

Counter and durable-state contract

Every resolved branch must mutate at least three values: one relief, one cost, and one future reader / route / gate / proof / claimant state.

Primary surfaces:

  • claimant_intake_rows_open
  • intake_gate_load
  • claimant_queue_order
  • claimant_overrun_risk
  • public_receipt_legitimacy
  • public_receipt_distrust
  • fan_oxygen_liability
  • fan_oxygen_balance
  • air_chain_legibility
  • custody_clarity
  • custody_gap
  • proof_burden
  • archive_debt
  • inspection_heat
  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure
  • contract_capture
  • crew_refusal_risk
  • handler_burden
  • route_recovery_cost
  • management_pressure
  • future_reader_state

Non-goals

  • Not a global queue simulator.
  • Not a settlement system.
  • Not a post-default conversion mechanism.
  • Not a fixed-turn crowd event.
  • Not a clean sponsor/legal/archive shortcut.
  • Not valid if the row can become legible without naming gate, floor lane, proof, answer, cost, and future reader.
