Claimant Floor Intake Docket / 认领人现场接待案卷
Claimant Floor Intake Docket is the visible card for a claimant queue that has reached the live floor before the claim has been settled, converted, or collided. It records who is physically or relay-present, what proof they bring, which gate or floor lane must receive them, and what default narrates first if the row is ignored.
This card fills the gap between Live Floor Crew Load and Oxygen Claim Exchange Storyline. The exchange can settle a claim after it is legible. This docket decides whether the claim ever becomes legible at the floor.
Card promise
A valid docket instance must show:
- one source pressure from oxygen, memorial air, archive custody, sponsor stop-loss, public receipt, blackout scar, or proof carriage;
- at least two claimant rows, or one claimant row plus explicit absence of the receiving gate;
- the intake gate or floor lane that must receive the row;
- proof object, demanded control, default actor, and future reader;
- a branch response or explicit default.
The docket opens from live state. It never opens because a fixed turn number arrived.

Create or refresh this card when all are true:
- a live floor, oxygen floor, audience gate, archive cordon, memorial air chain, or public receipt line is active;
- a claimant row exists before formal settlement or collision resolution;
- the row has a proof object, target, demanded control, or explicit absence;
- at least one intake gate or floor lane is pressured, contested, absent, or likely to choose a default actor;
- a future route or system will read whether the row was received, escorted, split, captured, refused, or overrun.

Floor interface
The docket must connect claimants to real floor capacity. A legal or sponsor answer is invalid unless it also names the physical interface.
Accepted interfaces:
audience_gate: public order, queue number, fan receipt visibility;oxygen_floor: oxygen/refund line, emergency reserves, fan liability;security_floor: boundary, overforce/underforce, witness capture;runner_lane: proof/person movement to the correct desk;archive_cordon: lawful hold and custody stamp;sponsor_counterdesk: private countercopy desk with capture cost;public_receipt_table: public receipt publication under exposure.
Branch responses
Public queue number
The player gives the row a visible position and receipt before private capture.
Expected result: public legitimacy rises; sponsor pressure, floor load, or inspection heat rises; future reader becomes public-only or costlier.
Lawful intake
The player routes the row through archive, inspector, or lawful proof checking.
Expected result: proof legibility or custody clarity rises; audience churn, proof burden, or lawful-only restriction rises.
Floor escort
The player assigns a runner/security/oxygen/audience lane to move the row safely.
Expected result: row reaches the correct future reader; selected floor lane load, handler burden, or schedule pressure rises.
Sponsor counterdesk
The player lets sponsor money or countercopy receive the row first.
Expected result: immediate sponsor or slot pressure falls; contract capture, public distrust, false first claimant, or future lawful appeal cost rises.
Split escrow or quarantine
The player prevents one faction from owning the row by splitting or freezing it.
Expected result: collision risk falls; route narrows, cost rises, and later claim exchange or cross-examination must read split custody.
Refuse, suppress, or default
The player leaves no credible gate or answer.
Expected result: Claimant Queue Overrun Default fires or arms.
Required deltas
Every resolved docket branch should mutate at least three surfaces:
- claimant intake state;
- floor lane, gate, proof, custody, or route state;
- cost surface.

Non-goals
- Not a settlement ledger; that belongs to Oxygen Claim Exchange Storyline.
- Not a post-default conversion row; that belongs to Pressure Claimant Conversion Chain.
- Not a pure crowd-control card.
- Not a fixed-turn incident.
- Not valid unless the row changes floor, gate, custody, proof, future route, or claimant state.
