Claimant Floor Intake / 认领人现场接待线
Claimant Floor Intake is a pressure-system storyline for the moment when claimants physically or publicly reach the broadcast floor before the formal systems can absorb them. It turns fan oxygen rows, memorial-air carriers, archive clerks, sponsor couriers, public witnesses, pirate relays, and route assets into live intake state.
The current corpus already has strong downstream systems: Oxygen Claim Exchange Storyline settles claims, Memorial Air Chain Cross-Examination tests proof, Pressure Claimant Conversion Chain converts default actors, and 认领撞锁 handles incompatible claims. The missing playable slice is the front door: who receives the row before it becomes settlement, cross-examination, conversion, or collision?
This storyline binds 认领人现场接待机制, Claimant Floor Intake Docket, Claimant Intake Check, and Claimant Queue Overrun Default.
Playable promise
When a claim reaches the floor, the player must choose whether to number it publicly, receive it lawfully, escort it through real floor capacity, send it to a sponsor counterdesk, split/quarantine it, refuse and record it, or let the queue narrate first.
No branch may become clean intake. Every answer changes at least one relief surface, one cost surface, and one future reader.
State-triggered entry
Open this storyline when all are true:
- a claimant row is physically present, relay-present, queued, blocked, or demanding entry at a live floor, audience gate, oxygen floor, archive cordon, public receipt table, sponsor counterdesk, or equivalent;
- the row names a proof object, target, demanded control, or explicit absence;
- at least one intake gate or floor lane is pressured, contested, absent, wrong-team, coerced, hidden, or overrun;
- a future reader exists: oxygen claim exchange, memorial-air cross-examination, pressure claimant conversion, claimant collision, management compression, live-floor load, broadcast schedule, or route asset custody;
- ignoring the row produces a non-neutral default;
- no entry condition depends on fixed turn number, day count, chapter quota, raw page count, lens health, or dashboard status.
Content pack
Mechanic
- 认领人现场接待机制 defines claimant rows, intake gates, floor-lane pressure, branch answers, overrun defaults, management metric reads, and replay evidence.
Card
- Claimant Floor Intake Docket records source pressure, row family, proof object, demanded control, intake gate, floor lane state, future reader, answer, and default actor.
Rite
- Claimant Intake Check resolves the selected row by public numbering, lawful intake, floor escort, sponsor counterdesk, split escrow/quarantine, refusal with record, or default.
Event
- Claimant Queue Overrun Default fires or arms when the queue has no credible gate, proof check, floor lane, handler, answer, or future reader.
Storyline spine
Beat 1 — The claim reaches the floor before the desk is ready
A wound or proof object has already made people move. A fan oxygen row waits at the gate; a memorial-air carrier arrives with a copy; an archive clerk blocks the cordon; a sponsor courier sets up a counterdesk; a pirate relay names a claimant before the official floor does.

no_fixed_turn_trigger: trueBeat 2 — The docket names row, gate, and future reader
Claimant Floor Intake Docket must show the arriving row and the surface that must receive it. The row cannot be only “the crowd” or “the archive”; it needs a stable family, proof or explicit absence, target, demanded control, gate, and future reader.
Example row:
claimant_row:
row_id: fan_oxygen_gate_row_A
claimant_family: fan_public
proof_object: fan_oxygen_ledger
target: memorial_air_refund_route
demanded_control: oxygen_refund
intake_gate: oxygen_floor
floor_lane_state: exhausted
default_if_unworked: queue_crush
future_reader: oxygen_claim_exchangeBeat 3 — The player answers through a gate, not through authority alone
Offer Claimant Intake Check. The player chooses a branch and assigns handler/support/absence. The answer must consume or mutate the intake gate and floor lane.
A sponsor payment, lawful stamp, edit checksum, archive seal, or famous handler may support a branch, but cannot replace the gate. If the row is at the oxygen floor, the answer must name oxygen-floor capacity, absence, or scar.
Beat 4 — Intake creates a future reader state
Every branch changes what later systems can do.
Valid future reader outcomes include:

Beat 5 — Overrun becomes narrating pressure
If the row is hidden, underfilled, silenced, wrong-gated, or left without a future reader, Claimant Queue Overrun Default records who narrates first: queue crush, sponsor counterdesk, archive freeze, inspector cordon, pirate relay override, wrong-team gate, crew refusal, or absent gate.
That default feeds 压力认领人转化链 or 认领撞锁 with a named row rather than abstract pressure.
Branch map
| Branch | Immediate relief | Cost/scar | Future reader effect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Public queue number | row remains visible; fan/public claim not erased | sponsor pressure, floor load, public exposure | public-only or costlier oxygen exchange |
| Lawful intake | proof legibility and custody clarity improve | inspection heat, proof burden, audience churn | lawful-only memorial or archive reader |
| Floor escort | proof/person reaches correct desk | crew load, handler burden, schedule pressure | future reader unlocks but narrowed/costlier |
| Sponsor counterdesk | stop-loss or slot pressure falls | contract capture, public distrust, false-first claimant | sponsor-only or appeal-required reader |
| Split escrow / quarantine | false-owner or collision pressure falls | route narrowness, archive debt, recovery cost | split canon or recovery-only reader |
| Refuse and record | boundary becomes legible | claimant hostility, resentment, distrust, heat | conversion or collision opens with named scar |
| Default selects | no credible intake answer | overrun, capture, freeze, relay risk, recovery cost | default event chooses first narrator |
Missability
The storyline is missed when the player repeatedly treats a claimant row as already handled by settlement, archive, sponsor, edit, or management success without recording the physical gate and floor lane.
Missed states:
intake_gate_absentclaimant_row_hiddenfalse_first_claimantsponsor_counterdesk_firstarchive_freeze_firstpirate_relay_overridequeue_crushroute_recovery_only
Recovery requires visible cost: late public numbering, proof re-check, apology receipt, floor lane restoration, lawful appeal, sponsor countercopy challenge, route asset rescue, or quarantine with split-canon scar.
Failure states
oxygen_queue_crush: oxygen-floor row becomes a fan oxygen liability and public scar.false_first_claimant: the wrong row receives first interrogator status.sponsor_only_countercopy: sponsor desk receives the row before public proof.archive_freeze_first: lawful hold protects proof but blocks or delays audience route.pirate_relay_override: unofficial relay preserves public memory while raising relay custody risk.wrong_team_gate: coerced/wrong floor team assigns order that later systems must undo.absent_gate_conversion: pressure claimant conversion opens hostile because no intake owner existed.
Replay evidence expectation
A correct implementation proves at least one stabilizing intake branch and one overrun/default branch from state pressure.
