Consent Debt Transfer / 同意债转移机制

Consent Debt Transfer is the downstream state machine for consent/refusal decisions after legal packaging has bought real relief.

沈洛合同捕获分岔线 makes a consent clause playable. This mechanism asks what happens later when that clause is used as a management asset. If a subject’s consent, refusal, proxy state, memory refusal, voice/body split, or explicit absence produced schedule relief, sponsor relief, audit relief, edit continuity, or route access, the debt must remain attached to somebody.

The debt can move, but it cannot vanish.

Design gap closed

Existing systems already cover broad liability, settlement aftershock, handler burden, and route custody through 和解反震账本, 处理人负荷账本, and Route Assets and Custody. The missing specific surface is consent inheritance.

A lawful-looking consent package should later know:

• whose consent/refusal created the relief;
• who benefited from the relief;
• who currently carries the debt;
• whether the subject can reclaim, publicize, escrow, or weaponize the clause;
• whether沈洛 became protective, complicit, overloaded, missed, or hostile;
• what future route now costs more, opens publicly, becomes lawful-only, or becomes recovery-only.

Valid sources include a folded consent docket, saint persona consent hearing, memorial license clause, settlement aftershock, three-key custody release, public contrition, production triage patch, or any equivalent state where consent/refusal was converted into playable relief.

The mechanism fails design review if it opens from a turn number, a day interval, a chapter quota, lens health, or raw content count.

A row is invalid if it only says consent_ok, legal_safe, approved, or signed.

Carrier states

shen_luo_carried	沈洛 carries the clause as manager, witness, escrow handler, or broker.	Relief remains usable, but his route state and handler burden mutate.
sponsor_carried	Sponsor money or naming right carries the debt.	Sponsor pressure pauses, while contract capture or public distrust rises.
inspector_archive_carried	Audit, archive seal, or lawful escrow carries the debt.	Fraud or drift improves, while inspection heat, lawful-only routing, or bureau debt rises.

Branch families

Branch A — Return debt to subject

The player reopens the consent/refusal row and lets the subject retain control, refuse, split, or set terms.

Expected results:

• current_debt_carrier = subject_retained;
• consent_integrity or refusal_legibility rises;
• schedule, sponsor, inspection, audience, route-asset, or public cost rises;
• future route becomes public_only, lawful_only, costlier, or protected with scar.

Branch B — Manager carriage through Shen Luo

The player asks沈洛 to carry the clause as protective manager, refusal witness, lawful escrow, or sponsor broker.

Expected results:

• current_debt_carrier = shen_luo_carried;
• immediate relief remains live;
• shen_luo_trust, shen_luo_complicity, contract_capture, handler_burden, or future_recovery_cost changes;
• his route state must diverge from bypass or hostile witness.

Branch C — Sponsor carriage

The player lets sponsor funding, naming rights, stop-loss collateral, or private settlement carry the consent debt.

Expected results:

• current_debt_carrier = sponsor_carried;
• sponsor_stop_loss_pressure or slot pressure may fall;
• contract_capture, public distrust, fan resentment, or future ownership debt rises;
• future route may become protected_but_owned, sponsor_only, captured, or recovery_only.

Branch D — Inspector/archive carriage

The player files the consent debt into audit, archive seal, lawful escrow, custody docket, or compliance review.

Expected results:

• current_debt_carrier = inspector_archive_carried;
• archive_fraud, reality_drift, or custody ambiguity improves;
• inspection_heat, bureau_favor_debt, lawful-only routing, public delay, or schedule cost rises.

Branch E — Editor or black-box carriage

The player assigns cutroom checksum, redaction, split continuity, black-box proof, or archive copy to hold the consent debt.

Expected results:

• current_debt_carrier = editor_black_box_carried;
• continuity_hazard or broadcast panic falls;
• edit_debt, archive_debt, public_receipt_distrust, or contradiction pressure rises.

Branch F — Public witness carriage

The player publishes or bonds the consent debt through fan ledger, historian note, public receipt, pirate relay, or witness oath.

Expected results:

• current_debt_carrier = public_witness_carried;
• public_receipt_legitimacy, audience_stability, or fan trust rises;
• sponsor retaliation, inspection heat, witness risk, fan oxygen resentment, or public grief instability rises.

Branch G — False-clean or ignored debt

The player hides the debt, treats proxy authority as subject consent, lets a sponsor or seal imply consent, or marks the settlement clean without naming a carrier.

Expected results:

• current_debt_carrier = no_carrier_false_clean;
• debt_state = reverted or hardened;
• a reversion event, hostile witness, false owner, or recovery-only state becomes active;
• future route effect cannot be clean success.

Counter contract

Every assignment, discharge, reversion, or hardening must change at least three counters or durable states. At least one must be relief and at least one must be cost.

Reversion rule

A consent debt row must revert or harden when any of these is true:

• the original consent/refusal state was hidden;
• proxy authority was treated as subject consent;
• a sponsor, inspector seal, edit checksum, or public applause replaced visible consent;
• the subject later contradicts the clause and no carrier proof exists;
• the carrier becomes hostile, captured, unavailable, or overdrawn;
• the row is used again without paying its prior scar.

Reversion should not retcon the earlier relief. The old relief happened. The new event makes the unpaid debt playable.
