Whitebox Screening Witness Binding Mechanics

The mechanism separates three things that a clean compliance record would collapse: which cut was prepared, which version each attendee saw, and what each attendee acknowledged or refused. A drill label limits evidentiary scope but does not erase knowledge; a watermark binds a version but does not create consent; Han’s signature and Yu Lan’s testimony are non-equivalent witness states.

The original chain is preserved as three independent binary gates, producing eight possible compound records. The later readback is not a fourth source ending. It resolves how a future reader may cite the compound record and must keep the source gate choices visible.

Entry is state-pressure driven: a prepared cut and evidence display exist, at least two reader families are visible or explicitly absent, and a later route wants to cite or deny screening knowledge. Fixed turn, raw inventory count, dashboard health, and the presence of unrelated whitebox facilities cannot trigger it.
