Broadcast Signatory Counterclaim Hearing is the management rite that resolves one row from 播出署名反诉案卷.

The rite runs when an aired claim is about to be reused as if a named or implied signer had ratified it, and that signer has not received the minimum surface needed for a valid signature.

The rite fails if broadcast reality, sponsor payment, archive stamp, edit checksum, public sympathy, legal wording, or management urgency resolves the signature without naming signatory, source, minimum surface, handler, proof bridge, cost, and future reader effect.

Success rules

A valid branch must mutate all three:

No branch may create clean acceptance across public, lawful, sponsor, archive, fan, artist-boundary, route-asset, management, producer-license, and broadcast-reality readers at once.

• A fan delegate or worker witness can counter-sign only if the branch records protection or capture risk.

Missability

The rite is missed when implementation:

• treats face, voice, silence, queue presence, grief, or survival as automatic signature;
• records counterclaim only as flavor;
• lets one signature satisfy all readers;
• hides the vulnerable reader produced by the implied signature;
• omits handler or explicit absence;
• omits proof bridge or explicit absence;
• produces no future reader effect;
• opens from fixed turn, fixed day/week, raw count, dashboard, or lens-health state.

Recovery is allowed only through visible scar: late ratification, public counter-signature, lawful annex, route escrow, sponsor unwind, signature quarantine, harmed-reader receipt, contradiction-pending route, or recovery-only signature.
