Claimant Collision Hearing / 认领撞锁听证

Claimant Collision Hearing is the assignable rite for resolving a 认领撞锁案卷. It is used when a route asset is already valuable and multiple claimant families can turn it into different futures.

The hearing does not ask who is morally correct. It asks which claimant receives first executable custody, which claimants are paid off or harmed, and what state the asset will occupy afterward.

Rite shape

  • rite_id: rite.claimant_collision_hearing
  • duration_class: same-window, slot-spanning, or multi-day depending on the asset and claimants
  • requires: one active or derived 认领撞锁案卷
  • assign_slots: 3 to 4 card slots
  • primary_costs: sponsor concession, edit debt, audit favor, public receipt risk, artist boundary, route asset exposure, quarantine cost, or explicit absence
  • failure_surface: 路线资产扣押播报 resolves to a captured, burned, false-owner, or hardened state

Required assignment slots

Slot 1 — Route asset under collision

One asset or derived state must be assigned:

  • performer custody;
  • voice token or body/voice receipt;
  • memorial air copy;
  • public witness or fan oxygen ledger;
  • black-box fragment or final-cut checksum;
  • route permit or field logistics proof;
  • audit shield or quarantine seal;
  • sponsor relief claim;
  • explicit missing/captured/hostile asset state.

Slot 2 — First claimant

The player must choose one claimant to receive priority or to be challenged first:

Slot 3 — Opposing claimant proof

At least one opposing claimant must be represented. If no opponent is assigned, the rite resolves as weak priority or false-owner risk.

Accepted supports:

  • receipt packet, source tape, fan queue, artist refusal, public testimony, audit notice, black-box checksum, sponsor stop-loss clause, schedule scar, pirate memory, or audience stability reason.

Slot 4 — Cost, bridge, or absence

Optional but strongly recommended:

  • settlement money;
  • audit favor;
  • public disclosure pledge;
  • quarantine authority;
  • editor checksum;
  • sponsor concession;
  • artist boundary token;
  • explicit absence such as public_anchor_absent, inspector_access_blocked, or editorial_copy_untrusted.

Branch outcomes

Branch A — Sponsor priority settlement

Requirements:

  • first claimant is sponsor, manager, or stop-loss-facing;
  • the player assigns a settlement object or accepts delayed public cost.

Effects:

  • set collision_resolution = sponsor_priority_settlement or asset_captured_by_sponsor;
  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure -1 or schedule pressure improves;
  • contract_capture +1;
  • at least one of fan_oxygen_resentment, public_receipt_distrust, inspection_heat, or archive_debt rises;
  • emit or update 路线资产扣押播报.

Branch B — Editorial continuity priority

Requirements:

  • first claimant is editor, black-box, cutroom, or continuity-facing;
  • proof support can be converted into a cut, checksum, redaction, or continuity patch.

Effects:

  • set collision_resolution = editorial_priority_cut or asset_converted_to_cut;
  • continuity_hazard -1, audience_churn -1, or route legibility improves;
  • edit_debt +1 and either archive_debt +1, public_receipt_distrust +1, or future_fraud_cost +1;
  • sponsor or inspector route remains contested rather than erased.

Branch C — Inspector/archive priority

Requirements:

  • first claimant is inspector, white-glove, archive, or lawful custody-facing;
  • the asset can be made admissible, seized, or quarantined.

Effects:

  • set collision_resolution = inspector_priority_seal, asset_seized_for_audit, or quarantine_copy_created;
  • archive_fraud -1, custody_clarity +1, or lawful route access improves;
  • inspection_heat +1, bureau_favor_debt +1, sponsor pressure, public grief pressure, or schedule pressure rises;
  • at least one sponsor/editor/public route is delayed or appealed.

Branch D — Public split copies

Requirements:

  • public historian, fan witness, artist boundary, pirate relay, or audience-stability reason is assigned as anchor;
  • the player accepts that the asset becomes plural.

Effects:

  • set collision_resolution = route_copies_split or public_anchor_copy_created;
  • public_receipt_legitimacy +1, fan_oxygen_balance +1, or route access improves;
  • reality_drift +1, inspection_heat +1, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure +1, or archive_debt +1;
  • at least two route copies have different future costs.

Branch E — Quarantine unsafe copy

Requirements:

  • proof shows the asset is too dangerous, fraudulent, or consent-unclear to air or package now;
  • quarantine authority or lawful/editorial containment is assigned.

Effects:

  • set collision_resolution = quarantined_collision_copy;
  • archive_fraud -1, black_screen_slots -1, voice_integrity_risk -1, or false-owner risk decreases;
  • fan_oxygen_resentment +1, public_grief_stability -1, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure +1, or schedule pressure rises.

Branch F — Miss, capture, burn, or false owner

Requirements:

  • no credible first claimant, no opposing proof, suppressed public anchor, blocked inspector, or asset already captured.

Effects:

  • set collision_resolution = claimant_collision_missed, asset_captured, burned_asset, or false_owner_hardened;
  • route_asset_pressure +1, archive_debt +1, reality_drift +1, fan_oxygen_resentment +1, black_screen_slots +1, or contract_capture +1;
  • at least one future rite is blocked, harder, or requires recovery.

Blocked or weakened offers

The UI should expose blocked and weak offers as game information:

  • route_asset_missing
  • third_claimant_missing
  • opposing_proof_missing
  • public_anchor_absent
  • sponsor_lock_active
  • editorial_copy_untrusted
  • inspector_access_blocked
  • artist_boundary_conflict
  • asset_already_captured

Required counter contract

Resolution must alter at least three relevant counters or durable states:

  • route_asset_pressure
  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure
  • contract_capture
  • edit_debt
  • archive_debt
  • inspection_heat
  • bureau_favor_debt
  • public_receipt_legitimacy
  • public_receipt_distrust
  • fan_oxygen_resentment
  • custody_clarity
  • reality_drift
  • continuity_hazard
  • black_screen_slots
  • false_owner_hardened

Non-goals

  • Not a courtroom-only rite.
  • Not a turn-count gate.
  • Not a clean merge of all claims.
  • Not a generic PR arbitration.
  • Not a hidden branch merger; the selected claimant, opposing proof, asset state, and costs must be visible.
