Pirate Child Voice Custody Hearing / 海盗童声托管听证

storyteller.rite.pirate-child-voice-custody-hearing.v1 answers the custody question opened by storyteller-event-25-unauthorized-memorial before storyteller-rite-29-continuity-lease closes the natural deadline.

The hearing binds the actual card-storyteller-ai-sheng to one relay trace, one custody claimant, and one named future reader. It never treats a generic pirate signal or child-voice label as the character.

Entry contract

The hearing is reachable only when:

• Event 25 has exposed the unauthorized memorial and set ai_sheng_relay_offered;
• the actual Ai Sheng card and all nine accepted cards are available;
• ai_sheng.custody_disposition_recorded is false;
• Rite 29 has not already closed the unresolved window.

The hearing is state-triggered. Fixed turn, day/week, chapter quota, relationship threshold alone, raw card count, or dashboard/lens status cannot open it.

Exact nine slots

The runtime slot list must be exactly this order:

All nine slots are required. No generic any acceptance, alternative Ai Sheng alias, virtual evidence, tag-only substitute, reordered slot list, or hidden extra slot passes.

Four ordered options

0. protect_and_recruit_pirate_relay

Protect Ai Sheng as the named relay witness and recruit her for one trace/timing role.

Required durable results:

• ai_sheng_relay_protected;
• ai_sheng_recruited;
• ai_sheng.state.recruited_protected_pirate_relay;
• route_asset.ai_sheng_pirate_relay;
• ai_sheng.custody_disposition_recorded.

The actual Ai Sheng card remains available. This is the only hearing or event result that may create the character route asset.

1. sign_temporary_memorial_body

Counter-sign one provisional custody use without converting it into permanent identity, consent, ownership, or recruitment.

Required durable results:

• child_voice_temporary_body_signed;
• voice_custody_holder.provisional_public_archive;
• ai_sheng.state.temporary_memorial_body_signed;
• ai_sheng.custody_disposition_recorded.

This branch must not set ai_sheng_recruited or route_asset.ai_sheng_pirate_relay.

2. open_sponsor_buyout_notice

Defer the custody conflict into a sponsor buyout notice.

Required result:

• ai_sheng.custody_hearing_buyout_pending.
• ai_sheng.state.sponsor_buyout_pending.
• event.ai_sheng_child_voice_buyout_notice.armed.

This branch must not set ai_sheng.custody_disposition_recorded, because storyteller.event.child-voice-buyout-notice.v1 owns the final late response after Rite 29. It creates neither recruitment nor provisional closure, and the event must not fire before that deadline completes.

3. publish_hostile_public_chorus

Publish the disputed relay and buyout pressure into a hostile public chorus.

Required durable results:

• ai_sheng_hostile_chorus_leak;
• ai_sheng.state.hostile_public_chorus;
• actual card-storyteller-ai-sheng removed;
• storyteller_ai_sheng_relay_available false;
• ai_sheng.custody_disposition_recorded.

A later public_chorus_route_asset may preserve public evidence pressure, but it is not route_asset.ai_sheng_pirate_relay and not player control of Ai Sheng.

Counter-delta contract

Every hearing option must declare exactly six counter deltas, and every declared delta must have a matching runtime effect. Across the four options, the branch family must make visible:

• immediate relief or proof value;
• Ai Sheng trust or relationship consequence;
• relay/public exposure;
• sponsor, audit, archive-debt, or contract cost;
• branch-specific custody pressure;
• future-reader or recovery cost.

An individual option need not contain one delta from every category; its six named deltas, relief/cost metadata, state transition, and future-reader effect must agree.

The lens checks count and effect backing. This page does not substitute guessed values for the runtime deltas.

No option may mutate:

• memorial_license_status;
• ArchiveCustody;
• ContinuityAuthority;
• legal_body_pressure.

Route authority

The recruited route asset can verify only relay trace and timing for the named future reader. It cannot grant voice/archive ownership, memorial license, consent, identity/personhood/death, oxygen allocation, sponsor-buyout authority, inspector authority, continuity authority, or universal broadcast permission.

Deadline interaction

Rite 29 is a deadline, not an Ai Sheng option. If it completes before final disposition, the buyout event must become eligible and expose all four late responses. The deadline cannot silently choose sponsor capture or miss, and it cannot create a route asset.

Replay requirements

• Protected replay: hearing option 0, actual Ai Sheng retained, character route asset present.
• Temporary-body replay: hearing option 1, Ai Sheng retained, no recruit marker or route asset.
• Captured replay: hearing option 2, Rite 29, then sponsor-capture event response, character route asset absent.
• Late-counter-sign replay: hearing option 2, Rite 29, then event option 1, Ai Sheng retained provisionally without recruitment.
• Hostile replay: hearing option 2, Rite 29, then hostile late event response, public chorus present, character route asset absent.
• Direct-hostile replay: hearing option 3, Ai Sheng removed and availability cleared before Rite 29.
• Missed replay: Rite 29 deadline followed by signal-expiry event response, ai_sheng.future.recovery_only present.
