Zhan Li Unnamed-Victim Name Review / 展璃未命名受害者姓名复核
This review resolves Zhan Li and one per-victim name register after the commercial disaster title opens and the artists answer the archive. It preserves the difference between naming a disaster and preserving the names, corrections, refusals, disputes, or explicit absences of people harmed by it.
The review never grants official disaster-naming authority, naming-contract ownership, identity/personhood judgment, consent, voice/archive/memorial rights, archive/memorial custody, continuity lease authority, or universal route naming.
Entry contract
The runtime rite is storyteller.rite.zhan_li_unnamed_victim_name_review.v1.
It opens only when:
- all ten support cards are present;
- storyteller-rite-24-disaster-naming-rights is complete;
- storyteller-event-21-artists-refuse-archive is resolved;
- storyteller_zhanli_name_available is true;
- zhan_li.source_disaster_title_name_gap_encountered is true;
- naming_trust is at least 1;
- memorial_debt is at least 1;
- market_pressure is at least 1;
- the review has not already resolved.
The rite is state-triggered. It has no fixed-turn, fixed-day, fixed-week, dashboard, lens-health, or raw-count trigger.

Branch invariants
- Choices zero through four retain the actual Zhan Li card.
- Choices five through seven remove the actual card.
- Only choice zero creates route_asset.zhan_li_unnamed_victim_registrar.
- Choice seven sets storyteller_zhanli_name_sold, arms storyteller.event.zhan_li_name_sale_default.v1, and makes future use recovery-only.
- Every option declares exactly six counter deltas backed by its effects.
- Every branch records Zhan Li state, register state, actual-card state, route-asset state, relief, cost, future-reader effect, and adjacent-authority denial.
Branch-specific requirements
Choice 0 — Protected registrar
Zhan Li remains assignable and protects per-victim provenance. Later use requires a named source and claimant readback. Her route asset cannot name the disaster or own the contract.
Choice 1 — Separate title from person rows
The public record exposes that the commercial title and individual people are different rows. Publication does not create a new official title or decide anyone’s identity.
Choice 2 — Missing-name rider
The contract carries a rider requiring each omitted person row to be named later or recorded as explicitly absent. The rider is a correction obligation, not memorial custody.
Choice 3 — Disputed or withheld escrow
Withholding and dispute remain visible until a claimant or lawful reader answers. Silence is not consent to the brand title.
Choice 4 — Claimant-owned correction
Zhan Li records a claimant’s spelling, correction, withholding, or refusal without authoring it. This is the correction replay and retains her card.
Choice 5 — Company registry capture
The register remains company-internal while Zhan Li leaves player custody. Company searchability is not contract ownership, identity authority, or clean memorial permission.
Choice 6 — Suppress and brand
Zhan Li leaves the player’s hand as a hostile anti-brand-substitution witness. The suppressed register remains contested.
Choice 7 — Brand purchase closes first
Zhan Li leaves the player’s hand, the person-name register becomes recovery-only, and the durable name-sale default is armed.
Hard authority boundary
Every option must keep all of these false:
- official disaster-naming authority;
- naming-contract ownership;
- victim identity or personhood judgment;
- claimant, family, victim, or artist consent;
- voice, archive, or memorial rights;
- archive or memorial custody;
- continuity lease authority;
- universal route naming right.
No option may mutate disaster_naming_control, continuity_authority, continuity_hazard, or remainder_risk.
Adjacent-lane denials
- Turn 31 Disaster Naming and Continuity Lease remains the authority for title control, continuity lease, hazard, and remainder risk.
- Archive and Memorial Claims remains the authority for claimant, subject, artifact, refusal, and custody disposition.
- Artist archive refusal cannot be reused as a harmed person’s name refusal.
- A future archive or memorial reader may cite a scoped row but gains no rights from it.
Non-goals
- Not an official naming hearing.
- Not a continuity lease amendment.
- Not an identity, death, consent, voice, archive, or memorial adjudication.
- Not valid if choice seven arms no durable default or if a lost Zhan Li remains silently assignable.
