Iris Vale Custodian Counterclaim / Iris Vale 保管人反诉线
Iris Vale Custodian Counterclaim is the downstream storyline for Iris Vale after a memorial voice probate or afteruse citation exposes the person who can affirm or contest the chain. It binds Iris’s voice to Mara Fen without turning Mara into automatic permission.
The playable question is no longer whether Iris’s voice has a probate row. The question is whether the custodian of that row can answer safely, publicly, lawfully, privately, through edit, or not at all.
Primary playable question
When a prior Iris voice row is reused, over-cited, quarantined, or challenged, does Mara Fen affirm the boundary, file counterclaim, testify publicly, accept scoped silence, receive editorial protection, or become the hostile source that hardens false ownership?
A valid run must show the source row, custodian state, custody proof, answer request, support surface, and downstream reader. It cannot treat custodian acknowledgement as a free boolean.
Why this is the next useful expansion
The current Iris surface can already decide first-use memorial voice probate and later afteruse citation. The remaining gap is personhood at the edge of the ledger: affected_party_or_absence must become a playable claimant state.
Without this storyline, afteruse breach can name a missing acknowledgement but not force the player to manage the witness who can supply it. This line makes the custodian a route asset and liability:
- a lawful citation may still need Mara’s boundary affirmation;
- a sponsor overcite may buy silence but leave a discoverable release scar;
- public testimony may improve legitimacy while creating payroll and protection debt;
- an editorial shield may protect a witness while creating source ambiguity;
- a hidden or hostile custodian can let broadcast reality harden the wrong owner.
Bound content pack
- 声权保管人反诉机制 defines entry state, branch states, default, counters, and integration.
- Iris 声权保管人反诉案卷 records source row, custodian state, custody proof, answer request, support need, and future reader.
- Iris 声权保管人反诉听证 resolves affirmation, counterclaim, public testimony, sideletter, edit shield, or default.
- Iris 保管人反诉默认 mutates future play when the custodian answer is hidden, unsupported, bought without release, edited without proof, or hostile.

Storyline spine
Beat 1 — The custodian slot becomes a person
The player receives Iris 声权保管人反诉案卷. It identifies the prior voice row and asks whether Mara is protected, recruitable, suppressed, hostile, absent, captured, or missed.
Beat 2 — The chain has a witness cost
The docket records custody chain proof and support need. The proof may be a lawful chain, partial chain, checksum, public receipt, or explicit absence. The support may be safe room, payroll, oath, escort, public shelter, sponsor release record, edit mask, or explicit absence.
Beat 3 — The producer chooses an answer posture
The player opens Iris 声权保管人反诉听证. The answer can affirm boundary, file formal counterclaim, testify publicly, accept scoped sideletter, shield through edit, or record absence/default.
Beat 4 — The custodian answer leaves a future reader
The result must be consumed by at least one future surface: 归档执行案卷, 受保护证人薪册, route asset custody, sponsor gate, fan public, cutroom, or Broadcast Reality.
Beat 5 — Hidden answers become hostile law
If the custodian is hidden, unsupported, bought without release, edited without proof, or allowed to narrate first, Iris 保管人反诉默认 records the default and scars future voice afteruse.
Branch map
| Branch | Relief | Cost/scar | Future state |
|---|---|---|---|
| Custodian boundary affirmation | custody clarity, archive legitimacy, route acceptance | witness exposure, payroll duty, inspection heat | future citations require custodian boundary |
| Formal counterclaim | voice integrity and lawful proof improve | sponsor pressure, route pressure, bureau debt | enforcement or lawful rider required |
| Public testimony bridge | public receipt and fan trust improve | retaliation, payroll, inspection, pirate exposure | protected-witness payroll or public route surcharge |
| Sponsor sideletter | slot and sponsor pressure improve | contract capture, public distrust, blackmail cost | release record required; future readers may reject |
| Editorial chain shield | continuity and witness exposure improve | edit debt, source ambiguity, archive debt | checksum annotation or lawful annex required |
| Absence / hostile default | no clean relief | archive debt, false-owner hardening, route pressure | blocked, costlier, hostile, or recovery-only |
Counter contract
Every non-default branch must mutate at least three counters or durable states: one relief, one cost, and one future route or reader effect.

Missability and recovery
The storyline is missed when implementation:
- treats Mara Fen as automatic permission;
- stores affected custodian as a boolean;
- cites a custodian answer without naming the source voice row;
- hides custodian state before and after;
- accepts sponsor sideletter without a release record;
- exposes public testimony without payroll or protection pressure;
- edits around Mara without checksum or lawful annex;
- records absence without future default;
- triggers from fixed turn, fixed day/week, raw count, dashboard state, or lens health.
Recovery is allowed only with scar:
- reopen custody proof and accept inspection heat;
- pay, shelter, or oath-protect Mara;
- file a public acknowledgement and accept sponsor backlash;
- add a discoverable sideletter release record;
- add checksum annotation or lawful annex;
- route the dispute into enforcement;
- mark Iris voice afteruse as recovery-only.

- With Iris Vale 纪念声权验讫线, this storyline consumes the source probate row as prior fact.
- With Iris Vale 验讫后用引证线, it turns affected-party acknowledgement into a playable custodian answer.
- With Mara Fen Storyline, it gives Mara’s recruit/protect/suppress/hostile states downstream consequences.
- With 归档执行案卷, formal counterclaim can become enforceable obligation.
- With 受保护证人薪册, public testimony and exposure create support debt.
- With Route Assets and Custody, custodian mishandling narrows, blocks, or scars Iris voice route access.
Non-goals
- Not a fresh Iris recruitment path.
- Not a fresh first-use probate.
- Not a generic copyright appeal.
- Not a generic Mara Fen loyalty scene.
- Not a fixed-turn consequence beat.
- Not valid if custodian acknowledgement is free universal permission.
- Not valid unless future enforcement, payroll, reader, route, custody, or broadcast state can consume the custodian answer.
