Mara Fen

Mara Fen is the archive custodian who knows whether Iris Vale’s memorial voice pack has a lawful chain of custody. She is not permission incarnate. She is a small, frightened, technically precise person whose answer can become proof, public contradiction, sponsor capture, edit mask, or hostile witness testimony.

Her playable progression lives in Mara Fen Storyline and is formalized by Mara Fen 保管压力机制.

Role in play

Mara appears when an Iris voice row needs a custodian answer before a future reader can consume it. The player must decide whether to protect her, recruit her as a chain keeper, expose her publicly, narrow her answer into private affidavit, suppress her for sponsor relief, mask her through edit custody, or record her absence.

Route asset promise

If recruited, Mara becomes route_asset.mara_fen_custody_witness: a keeper who can stabilize later Iris voice custody rows when support costs are paid. Recruitment never grants universal permission. Every future use still needs a source row, a future reader, support or explicit absence, and a visible cost.

Risk promise

If suppressed, exposed without support, or used as a blank permission flag, Mara can become a hostile witness. Mara Fen 敌对证人默认 then makes future Iris voice afteruse blocked, costlier, sponsor-only, public-only, lawful-only, checksum-required, or recovery-only.
