Schedule Preemption Claims / 档期抢占认领线

Schedule Preemption Claims is a storyline pack for the moment when two playable claims cannot both enter the same broadcast schedule surface.

This is the missing management/RPG pressure after the current recovery ward and fan delegate clusters: the game can now protect bodies and contest who speaks for the fans, but the next operational question is which protected person, delegate, proof, sponsor copy, lawful stamp, pirate signal, or route asset receives the official slot that makes it real.

A losing claim is not flavor. If it is pushed off-slot without a receipt, it can become missed, hostile, lawful-only, public-only, pirate-only, blackout-folded, or recovery-only.

Why this expansion matters

Storyteller already has strong content for:

The gap is schedule preemption as encounter availability. Without this storyline, a producer can choose one broadcast surface and the other candidate just waits offscreen. That is too clean. In this world, absence from the schedule is itself a reality decision.

State-triggered entry

Example entry surfaces:

  • a protected recovery subject and a sponsor apology both need the same live slot;
  • a fan delegate mandate and an inspector lawful clarification both seek the public testimony window;
  • a route asset debut and an emergency correction cannot share the licensed surface;
  • an editor patch can make the slot watchable only by pushing a witness claim offscreen;
  • a pirate relay can save an off-slot public claim but makes it legally hostile;
  • black-screen containment can consume the slot before any human claim appears.

Content pack

  • 档期抢占认领机制 defines the slot-claim object model, branch families, states, counters, and replay contract.
  • 档期抢占案卷 records the finite slot, claim rows, authorities, on-slot effects, off-slot defaults, and future readers.
  • 档期抢占听证 lets the player award, split, defer, sponsor-preempt, editor-mask, pirate-breach, or default the collision.
  • 落档遭遇默认 fires or arms when the losing claim has no valid displacement receipt.

Storyline sequence

Beat 1 — A schedule surface becomes scarce

A live slot, rehearsal slot, legal airing, route debut, apology surface, emergency delay, counterbroadcast aperture, or blackout-containment surface becomes finite.

The player must see what the slot can make real and why more than one claim wants it.

Beat 2 — Claims become rows

Create or refresh 档期抢占案卷.

Each claim row must name:

  • claimant surface;
  • requested encounter or route;
  • proof or authority;
  • if-on-slot effect;
  • if-off-slot effect;
  • displacement receipt state;
  • future reader.

At least one row must change character, route, archive, public, legal, or broadcast-reality availability.

Beat 3 — Slot authority becomes contested

Authority can come from producer license, schedule contract, mirror/screen right, archive receipt, fan mandate, sponsor letter, inspector stamp, pirate packet, or explicit absence.

A powerful handler can strengthen authority but cannot replace it. Han Yanshuang can certify lawful receipt; Shen Luo can sell a sponsor preemption; Baiya can mask a continuity patch; Yu Lan can public-receipt displacement; 海盗频段童声 can give an off-slot claim illegal reach.

Beat 4 — Hearing resolves the collision

Offer 档期抢占听证.

The branch families are:

  • award official slot;
  • split public/lawful/sponsor/edit/pirate surfaces;
  • lawful deferral with receipt;
  • sponsor or management preemption;
  • editor mask or continuity patch;
  • pirate or public off-slot breach;
  • blackout or default selects.

Beat 5 — Winning and losing claims mutate

The selected claim receives availability with cost. The displaced claim must not remain unchanged.

Valid displaced states include:

  • delayed_with_receipt;
  • missed;
  • hostile;
  • lawful_only;
  • public_only;
  • pirate_only;
  • blackout_folded;
  • recovery_only.

Valid selected states include:

  • official_slot_awarded;
  • encounter_available;
  • route_unlocked_with_cost;
  • lawful_use_unlocked;
  • sponsor_route_unlocked_with_capture;
  • continuity_patch;
  • counterbroadcast_chain_open.

Beat 6 — Future reader consumes the scar

A later route, character encounter, recruitment window, archive audit, fan oxygen audit, sponsor gate, inspection hearing, correction slot, production triage desk, or broadcast-reality reader must consume both sides of the decision.

The storyline fails if the winning claim proceeds normally and the losing claim waits politely.

Beat 7 — Default when displacement is not recorded

If the docket is missing, the authority is absent, the losing claim has no receipt, or the collision is hidden by sponsor/editor/lawful/pirate/blackout narration, 落档遭遇默认 fires or arms.

The default keeps play alive through a harder surface: hostile encounter, public-only claim, lawful-only claim, pirate-only breach, black-screen release, apology, audit, sponsor unwind, counterproof, or recovery-only route.

Non-goals

  • Not filler schedule drama.
  • Not a turn-count trigger.
  • Not a calendar cooldown.
  • Not a staff assignment mechanism.
  • Not a correction-after-airing mechanism.
  • Not valid if every losing claim remains available for free.
  • Not valid if official slot selection creates clean universal consensus.
