Fan Delegate Mandate Split / 粉丝委任分裂线

Fan Delegate Mandate Split is a pressure storyline for the moment when fan oxygen, public receipts, witness testimony, memorial-air proof, or contrition demands become strong enough that multiple people can claim to speak for the fans.

The fan public is not a single counter. Oxygen creditors, mourning queues, witness publics, support-light believers, artist-privacy fans, pirate relay listeners, and refund claimants can want incompatible things. A sponsor can appoint a safe speaker. An inspector can recognize only a lawful petitioner. An editor can protect a delegate by hiding them. A historian can make a receipt impossible to erase. A witness can carry truth and become targetable.

This storyline turns that split into playable management pressure.

Why this is the next useful expansion

The current corpus already supports custody, proof movement, public contrition, protected witness payroll, sponsor capture, and fan oxygen accounting. The remaining gap is not another proof docket; it is the moment a fan proof needs a representative and the representative becomes contested.

Without this storyline, a future worker can accidentally let one convenient fan delegate:

• clear oxygen debt for everyone;
• authorize a sponsor apology;
• stand in for all public grief;
• satisfy inspector processing;
• expose or erase a witness;
• convert a public receipt into universal consent.

That is too clean for Storyteller. A mandate must be scoped, bought, split, audited, masked, amplified, or allowed to fracture.

Primary playable question

When a fan-facing proof or demand needs a speaker, does the producer:

• recognize a delegate backed by public receipt or oxygen proof;
• seat a witness-backed delegate and pay the human safety cost;
• accept a sponsor-appointed speaker for immediate relief;
• ask inspector/archive to recognize a lawful-only delegate;
• mask or split the delegate to prevent retaliation;
• pirate-amplify the mandate to stop private capture;
• refuse, hide, or falsely clean the mandate and risk a false representative default?

Every answer must preserve the source claim, name the represented and excluded constituency, and leave at least one future cost.

State-triggered entry

Open this storyline only when all of the following are true:

1. A fan oxygen ledger, public receipt, fan witness, memorial-air proof, public contrition demand, pirate relay, support-light claim, audience archive signature, or equivalent fan/public claim exists.
2. At least two fan-side mandate surfaces can disagree, or their absence is explicitly recorded.
3. At least one non-fan faction can profit from choosing the delegate: sponsor, inspector/archive, editor/black-box, artist boundary, production desk, or false representative.
4. A future route, rite, proof burden, apology, audit, archive signature, sponsor gate, or broadcast-reality reader will consume the delegate result.
5. The mandate has not already reached terminal consensus, irreversible capture, or final hostile fracture.

Do not open from fixed turn number, day/week interval, chapter quota, raw content count, lens-health state, or generic fan unrest.

• 粉丝委任伪代表默认 fires or arms when a missing, bought, masked, lawful-only, pirate-amplified, or witness-burned delegate is falsely filed as public consensus.

Core cast and functions

• Huo Qian can become a witness-backed delegate, but doing so raises witness retaliation and payroll pressure.
• Yu Lan can historian-back or public-receipt the mandate, blocking private capture while increasing public exposure.
• Shen Luo can seat a sponsor appointee, buying immediate relief while increasing contract capture and public distrust.
• Han Yanshuang can recognize a lawful-only delegate, improving compliance while creating bureau debt and public mismatch.
• Baiya can mask or split delegate identity, lowering retaliation while raising edit debt and source ambiguity.
• 海盗频段童声 can amplify a delegate outside lawful channels, blocking private capture while raising relay custody risk.

High-rank handlers do not replace fan mandate proof. They can only certify, buy, mask, audit, publish, split, relay, or record absence.

Storyline sequence

Beat 1 — Fan proof needs a speaker

A fan-side proof has become route-relevant. Examples:

• fan oxygen ledger needs restitution or audit;
• fan witness testimony needs public holder;
• public contrition demand needs a speaker;
• memorial-air proof names audience grief but not public mandate;
• support-light claim becomes a fan personhood issue;
• pirate relay makes a hidden fan claim visible;
• audience archive signature competes with sponsor apology.

The proof remains real. The problem is who is allowed to carry it.

Beat 2 — Mandate ledger appears

Create or update 粉丝委任账本. The row must name:

• source fan claim;
• preserved source relief and cost;
• contested constituency;
• delegate candidates or explicit absence;
• proof of mandate or explicit absence;
• non-fan claimant pressure;
• handler or explicit absence;
• future reader or route.

Beat 3 — Non-fan pressure moves toward the delegate

One faction tries to define who counts as the fans:

• sponsor wants a safe appointee;
• inspector/archive wants a lawful petitioner;
• editor wants source safety or masked testimony;
• artist boundary wants privacy fans separated from oxygen creditors;
• historian/public wants receipts visible;
• pirate relay wants private capture blocked before law reacts.

The first pressure matters. It changes the branch cost even if the same delegate is chosen later.

Beat 4 — Mandate hearing

Offer 粉丝委任听证. The player selects one branch:

• recognize elected delegate;
• seat witness-backed delegate;
• accept sponsor appointee;
• audit lawful delegate;
• mask or split delegate;
• pirate-amplify delegate;
• refuse, hide, or false-clean mandate.

Beat 5 — Delegate and future route mutate

The selected branch must mutate both the delegate state and a future route/reader.

Valid delegate states include:

• elected;
• witness_backed;
• historian_backed;
• sponsor_appointee;
• inspector_recognized;
• editor_masked;

Beat 6 — Default, payroll, apology, or split aftermath

A successful mandate creates debt. A witness-backed delegate can enter 受保护证人薪册机制. Public fracture can feed 公开悔过账本机制. Sponsor appointment can bind 派系承诺账本机制 or future contract capture. False recognition arms 粉丝委任伪代表默认.

Missability and recovery

This storyline is missable when the player:

• lets sponsor appointee define all fan claims;
• uses Huo Qian or another witness as delegate without protection;
• treats pirate amplification as lawful mandate;
• reuses editor-masked identity as public consent;
• treats lawful-only recognition as whole-public consent;
• hides a fractured constituency from future reader.

Missed states:
