Desk Liaison Counteroffer Docket / 桌间联络人反报价案卷

Desk Liaison Counteroffer Docket is a playable card for the moment after the producer has chosen one desk to stabilize a drifted broadcast, custody dispute, or route asset — and a second desk tries to counteroffer through the same human carrier.

It is not a general negotiation log. In the current Ning Zhe runtime it exists only when the concrete liaison can be recruited or visibly missed into a hostile-missing-recovery-only state. Suppress, expose, trade, capture, and false-intermediary remain legacy hearing vocabulary until separately implemented.

Play purpose

Existing drift and custody content can already create formal dockets, public receipts, editorial patches, sponsor containment, and adverse coalitions. This card fills the smaller RPG gap between those systems: the person who carries one desk’s terms can be approached by another desk before the first solution hardens.

The docket makes the counteroffer visible so workers can bind replay evidence instead of treating cross-desk pressure as ambient escalation.

Executable card packet

The runtime packet contains three non-starter cards:

• card.storyteller.desk_liaison_counteroffer_docket.v1 — produced only by the formal inspector reality-drift branch and retained on both routes;
• card.storyteller.ning_zhe_desk_liaison.v1 — the actual recruitable/missable person card;
• card.storyteller.ning_zhe_defection_counterreceipt.v1 — gained only after the default event removes Ning Zhe.

The counterreceipt is not a recovery shortcut. It records the source docket, two desk terms, defection reason, hostile/missing state, recovery-only future effect, and cost.

Entry conditions

Create or update this card when all of the following are true:

1. a prior surface exists: 实在漂移案卷, custody receipt, sponsor settlement, inspector audit, cutroom checksum, public witness packet, route asset roster, or equivalent;
2. one desk has a pending or selected solution: sponsor containment, inspector docket, editorial patch, public receipt, quarantine, stand-down, or legal conversion;
3. a second desk can credibly counteroffer before the selected solution becomes irreversible;
4. a named liaison, handler, runner, aide, editor source, sponsor clerk, fan organizer, or explicit missing liaison state carries the quote;
5. accepting, refusing, suppressing, exposing, or missing the counteroffer can mutate a future route, proof, public receipt, claimant state, or broadcast reality state.

This card must never enter from fixed turn count, fixed day, chapter quota, lens-health state, dashboard state, or raw content count.

Desk families

A useful counteroffer should make at least two desks disagree over the same liaison or proof surface.

• Sponsor desk: wants private containment, clean relief, naming option, stop-loss freeze, or quiet money.
• Inspector/archive desk: wants lawful docket, admissible seal, seizure, oath, or custody clarity.
• Editor/cutroom desk: wants checksum control, source ambiguity, patch authority, or final-copy custody.
• Public/fan desk: wants receipt publication, refund accountability, oxygen truth, or witness protection.
• Management desk: wants time, route access, lane continuity, and enough ambiguity to keep the show alive.

No branch may make every desk accept the same quote cleanly.

Branch states

counteroffer_open

The second desk has contacted the liaison. The player must respond or record explicit absence.

Required effect: at least two desk claims become visible.

liaison_recruited_counteroffer_broker

The player protects and credits the liaison, turning them into a narrow route asset who can carry one future cross-desk counteroffer.

Required effect: future counteroffer or settlement hearing unlocks; liaison_exposure, payroll_leak, inspection_heat, contract_capture, or favor_debt rises.

liaison_retained_one_quote

The player buys or shelters exactly one delivery without durable loyalty.

Required effect: immediate desk pressure falls; later availability becomes costlier or uncertain.

counteroffer_exposed_publicly

The player uses the counteroffer as public proof of desk bad faith.

Required effect: public legitimacy improves; sponsor, inspector, witness, or liaison risk rises.

first_terms_protected

The player rejects the counteroffer and shields the first desk’s chosen solution.

Required effect: first solution remains usable; the counteroffering desk becomes hostile, watchful, or more expensive.

liaison_suppressed_or_traded

The player hides, edits out, freezes, intimidates, or hands the liaison to one desk.

Required effect: immediate contradiction may quiet; future route access becomes faction-gated, distrusted, or recovery-only.

counteroffer_defaulted

The player misses the quote, lacks handler/proof, or lets a desk define the liaison first.

Required current effect: liaison becomes hostile and missing, with recovery-only future access; future correction costs rise. Captured and false-intermediary are legacy vocabulary, not current executable outcomes.

Counter contract

Every resolution must mutate at least three counters or durable states. At least one must be relief and one must be cost unless the branch is pure default.

Failure rules

The card is invalid if it records only a desk mood, a generic offer, or a legal warning. It must name the source surface, first desk terms, counteroffering desk, liaison state, handler/proof or explicit absence, selected response, deltas, and future route effect.

A famous handler cannot satisfy the card alone. The human carrier must remain visible.
