Desk Liaison Counteroffer / 桌间联络人反报价机制

Desk Liaison Counteroffer is the mechanism that prevents Storyteller’s management play from treating sponsor, inspector, archive, editor, public, and management desks as isolated buttons.

When the producer stabilizes a drifted broadcast, custody object, public receipt, route asset, or final copy through one desk, another desk can send a counteroffer through a concrete person. The player must then manage the liaison as a route asset, risk surface, or hostile witness.

Design gap

The current wiki already has strong systems for broadcast drift, adverse coalitions, proxy posture, route assets, sponsor pressure, inspector pressure, and editor custody. The remaining seam is the counteroffer window before those systems harden.

Without this mechanism, the player can shop a contradiction to the most convenient desk and the losing desks either disappear or jump straight to coalition pressure. This mechanism adds an intermediate playable loop:

  • one desk’s solution exists;
  • another desk tries to rewrite it;
  • a liaison carries the quote;
  • the player decides how to use, protect, suppress, expose, trade, or miss that liaison;
  • the result scars future route access.

Entry state

Open the mechanism only when all of the following are true:

  1. a source surface has unresolved or recently selected terms: broadcast drift audit, custody receipt, sponsor containment, inspector docket, editorial patch, public receipt, quarantine, legality conversion, route asset settlement, or equivalent;
  2. at least two desks disagree over the same source surface or liaison;
  3. a first desk has visible terms;
  4. a second desk has visible counteroffer terms or explicit hidden/absent terms;
  5. a liaison exists, is hostile, missing, faction-bound, or explicitly absent;
  6. a player response can alter future route access, proof custody, public receipt, desk posture, route asset state, or broadcast reality.

No fixed turn, fixed day, chapter quota, raw count, lens-health state, or dashboard state may open this mechanism.

Core objects

Runtime handoff invariant

The formal-inspector reality-drift branch is the sole current producer for the strict character route. Normal gameplay reaches it by assigning starter-backed slot.last_air_edit, asset.lyra_voiceprint, sponsor.haloair, and card.voice_rights_token from hand. It must then gain the non-starter person, counteroffer docket, filed source docket, and sponsor stop-loss terms together. The disposition review requires those records plus the same voice-rights proof.

The legacy hearing remains a broad compatibility surface. It does not require positive Ning Zhe packet flags or exact cards; reciprocal negative terminal guards alone prevent the legacy hearing and strict review from resolving on top of each other.

The review may end in exactly one of:

  • ning_zhe.state.recruited_counteroffer_broker plus one bounded route asset; or
  • ning_zhe.state.hostile_missing_recovery_only plus one defection counterreceipt after the priority event.

No default may leave actual Ning Zhe in hand, and no miss receipt may create or imply recruitment.

counteroffer_exposed_publiclyQuote becomes public or lawful proof.Public legitimacy rises; liaison, sponsor, inspector, or witness risk rises.

Branch contract

Accept counteroffer

Relief: second desk pressure lowers, immediate route opens, proof bridge repairs, or selected solution gets cheaper.

Cost: first desk hostility, public receipt distrust, inspection heat, contract capture, edit debt, or archive debt rises.

Future: first terms reopen, faction gate appears, or follow-up hearing is required.

Reject and protect first terms

Relief: original solution remains usable.

Cost: counteroffering desk becomes hostile, liaison exposure rises, future blackmail cost rises, or coalition pressure arms.

Future: counteroffer watchlist remains.

Expose counteroffer

Relief: public receipt legitimacy rises, private capture is blocked, false owner pressure decreases.

Cost: sponsor stop-loss pressure, inspection heat, liaison exposure, witness retaliation, pirate exposure, or fan oxygen risk rises.

Future: protection, payroll, lawful filing, or public shelter required.

Suppress or trade liaison

Relief: immediate contradiction or desk noise drops.

Cost: liaison hostility arms, public receipt distrust rises, edit debt rises, archive debt rises, route capture rises, or source ambiguity rises.

Future: clean recruitment is blocked; hostile leak, faction gate, or recovery-only route remains.

Defer with debt

Relief: immediate decision pressure falls.

Cost: desk counteroffer pressure, future blackmail cost, handler burden, and route asset pressure rise.

Future: later hearing is forced and no clean universal closure is possible.

Miss or default

Current Ning Zhe cost: hostile and missing liaison, public distrust, and a recovery-only counteroffer route. Captured and false-intermediary remain non-executable legacy taxonomy.

Future: 联络人倒戈反报价 fires or remains armed.

Counter contract

Every non-default branch must mutate at least three surfaces and include both relief and cost.

Integration rules

  • With 播出实在漂移, the counteroffer window opens after a public version has a selected reconciliation path but before all rival desks are quiet.
  • With 代理人姿态链, the liaison’s posture becomes the durable person state that future routes consume.
  • With 反向同盟锁线, ignored or double-promised counteroffers can become member rows in a later coalition.
  • With Route Assets and Custody, current recruited or hostile-missing-recovery-only Ning Zhe states alter future custody or route access; captured/false states require future implementation before use.

Non-goals

  • Not a general diplomacy system.
  • Not a generic faction reputation meter.
  • Not raw extra legal paperwork.
  • Not a free bargaining exploit.
  • Not a fixed-turn escalation.
  • Not valid if the current runtime does not prove recruitment or the hostile-missing-recovery-only miss. Legacy exposed/suppressed/traded/captured/false vocabulary is not substitute evidence.
