Excluded Counterreceipt Docket / 被排除者反回执案卷

Excluded Counterreceipt Docket records a counterreceipt from a constituency that was not represented by a prior oxygen haircut, delegate mandate, witness discharge, consent debt transfer, or receipt recovery result.

The card exists to stop a second laundering failure. 见证承载解除线 prevents a named carrier from being reused as universal clean capacity, but the discharge receipt itself can still be abused: a sponsor desk, lawful reader, archive desk, or management table may cite receipt exists as if excluded readers have no remaining claim.

Creation rule

Create or update this docket only from live state pressure:

• a prior receipt, mandate, discharge, settlement, lawful annex, public receipt, edit mask, or pirate relay exists;
• that prior result has a represented scope and an excluded constituency, hidden reader, or explicit missing-scope reason;
• a future reader tries to consume the prior result as clean closure;
• a harmed or excluded constituency can produce proof, a messenger, or an explicit absence;
• the player can accept, narrow, buy off, escrow, publish, protect, quarantine, or suppress the counterreceipt;
• a later route, reader, package, proof window, or broadcast-reality surface consumes the result.

This card must not be created from fixed turn number, day/week interval, chapter quota, raw fan count, raw docket count, dashboard state, lens health, or generic unrest.

The docket fails as content if it records only a generic complaint, fan anger, sponsor pressure, or reputation delta without source receipt, excluded constituency, false-clean claim, proof surface, messenger state, and future consumer.

What this card catches

• A lawful escrow from a fan oxygen haircut is cited as whole-public consent while the mourning queue remains excluded.
• 火签’s protected witness receipt is reused to close refund claimants who never authorized him.
• 郁蓝 publishes a public receipt and the archive desk treats it as legal discharge for route assets.
• 沈洛 settles a sponsor stop-loss row, then management cites the settlement as fan consent.
• 白鸦 masks a witness to prevent retaliation, then the edit mask is filed as proof that no one objects.
• 艾笙 relays a pirate packet that blocks private capture, then a lawful reader cites it as mandate proof.

A counterreceipt can narrow or contest a prior receipt. It cannot erase the prior relief for free, and it cannot become new universal consent.
