Excluded Counterreceipt Challenge / 被排除者反回执挑战线

Excluded Counterreceipt Challenge is a downstream pressure storyline for consent scars after a receipt, delegate mandate, witness discharge, or recovery result has already been filed.

The current mesh can create named fan oxygen witnesses through 呼吸折让见证委任线, split fan mandates through 粉丝委任分裂线, prevent carrier reuse through 见证承载解除线, and recover false proof owners through Receipt Counterclaim False Owner Recovery. This storyline fills the next executable gap: a scoped receipt can still be laundered into final closure unless excluded constituencies can file a visible counterreceipt.

Primary playable question

A prior receipt exists. It helped someone. It may even be legitimate for a named scope.

Who was excluded, and what happens when a later reader tries to cite that receipt as if the excluded people are already silent?

State-triggered entry

Open this storyline only when all of the following are true:

1. a prior receipt-like result exists: oxygen haircut witness, delegate mandate, witness discharge, consent debt transfer, public receipt, lawful annex, sponsor settlement, edit mask, pirate relay, or false-owner recovery;
2. the prior result names a represented scope, or records explicit absence of scope;
3. an excluded constituency, hidden reader, or explicit missing-scope reason is visible;
4. a future reader tries to consume the receipt as clean closure;
5. counterreceipt proof, messenger, or explicit absence is visible;
6. the player can accept, narrow, buy time, appeal, broadcast, protect, quarantine, or suppress;
7. at least one later route, reader, package, proof window, or broadcast-reality surface consumes the result.

This storyline must never open from a fixed turn, day/week interval, chapter quota, raw fan count, raw receipt count, dashboard state, lens-health state, or generic unrest.

Main actors and surfaces

• 呼吸折让见证委任线 — may create the receipt whose excluded fan constituency now contests scope.
• 见证承载解除线 — may create a discharge receipt that is valid only for one reader, but later abused as global closure.
• 粉丝委任分裂线 — provides delegate proof and excluded constituency fields.
• 同意债转移线 — provides debt-transfer receipts that can be challenged when the debt is shifted onto absent readers.
• Receipt Counterclaim False Owner Recovery — handles false proof-owner recovery; this storyline handles excluded-scope challenges after ownership is not the main issue.
• Fan Oxygen — supplies oxygen stubs, refund queues, public receipts, and fan-side harm surfaces.
• Route Assets and Custody — stores route effects such as addendum-required, callback-required, public-only, lawful-only, quarantined, blocked, hostile, or recovery-only.
• Broadcast Reality — can harden false closure if the counterreceipt is suppressed before broadcast.

Storyline flow

Beat 1 — A scoped receipt exists

A prior branch produced a receipt or receipt-like proof. The receipt is not retconned. Its relief remains true for its named scope.

Beat 2 — A future reader overconsumes it

A sponsor desk, lawful reader, archive table, route claimant, public table, fan public, or broadcast reality tries to treat the receipt as full closure.

Beat 3 — The excluded constituency appears

The counterreceipt may come through 火签, 郁蓝, 沈洛, 韩砚霜, 白鸦, 艾笙, a fan delegate, worker, route asset, public receipt, lawful petition, pirate packet, edit checksum, or explicit absence.

Beat 4 — Hearing

The player resolves 被排除者反回执听证. The result either accepts the counterreceipt, narrows the source receipt, manages silence, sends lawful appeal, publishes a counter-broadcast, protects an anonymous source, quarantines the receipt, or suppresses the claim.

Beat 5 — Future play consumes the scar

A valid result mutates future route or reader state. The old receipt may still work, but only as scoped. The new counterreceipt may create addendum, callback, audit, route delay, public-only, lawful-only, sponsor-capture, blocked, hostile, or recovery-only state.

Branch families

Branch A — Accept counterreceipt

Relief:

• excluded constituency is recognized;
• false closure is blocked;
• route can proceed through addendum or callback.

Cost:

• sponsor, archive, inspection, fan oxygen, or messenger burden rises.

Future effects: addendum_required, callback_required, costlier, or audit_required.

Branch B — Narrow original receipt

Relief:

• prior receipt survives for its represented scope;
• overreach is visible.

Cost:

• excluded readers remain delayed;
• public distrust, fan oxygen resentment, or route delay rises.

Future effects: public_only, lawful_only, sponsor_only, route_delay, or addendum_required.

Branch C — Managed silence

Relief:

• immediate slot, sponsor, archive, or lawful pressure falls.

Cost:

• silence debt, contract capture, hostile constituency, or recovery cost rises.

Future effects: sponsor_capture, hostile, costlier, or recovery_only.

Branch D — Lawful appeal

Relief:

• counterreceipt proof is preserved;
• false public closure is blocked.

Cost:

• lawful-only routing, bureau favor debt, public delay, or archive debt rises.

Future effects: lawful_only, audit_required, or public_addendum_required.

Branch E — Public counter-broadcast

Relief:

• excluded constituency becomes visible;
• private capture weakens.

Cost:

• sponsor retaliation, inspection heat, fan instability, pirate exposure, or messenger risk rises.

Future effects: public_only, contradiction_pending, callback_required, or route_delay.

Branch F — Protect anonymous source

Relief:

• proof remains alive without burning the messenger;
• retaliation risk may fall.

Cost:

• source ambiguity, edit debt, lawful admissibility cost, or public distrust rises.

Future effects: protected_anonymous_source, source_disclosure_required, lawful_only, or costlier.

Branch G — Quarantine receipt

Relief:

• unsafe consumption is blocked;
• broadcast reality cannot harden false closure yet.

Cost:

• route delay, archive debt, schedule pressure, or oxygen liability rises.

Future effects: blocked, quarantine_required, audit_required, or recovery_only.

Branch H — Suppression default

The player lets the old receipt become universal closure. 反回执压制默认 fires or arms.

Relief:

• fastest desk pressure may fall.

Cost:

• false closure hardens, messenger may be hostile/captured/bought off, and excluded constituency becomes blocked or recovery-only.
