Excluded Counterreceipt Challenge Lens / 被排除者反回执挑战 Lens

This lens observes whether 被排除者反回执挑战线 and 被排除者反回执挑战机制 correctly prevent a scoped receipt from becoming universal closure after an excluded constituency appears.

The current corpus can already create oxygen haircut witness mandates, fan delegate mandate splits, consent debt transfers, receipt counterclaims, and witness carrier discharge receipts. The remaining failure risk is receipt finality laundering: a receipt exists, therefore sponsor, lawful reader, archive, route claimant, public table, or broadcast reality consumes it as if excluded readers have no remaining claim.

A passing implementation proves that the old receipt keeps its real relief, but only for the represented scope; the excluded constituency can file a counterreceipt; and future play consumes the scar.
