Excluded Counterreceipt Hearing / 被排除者反回执听证

Excluded Counterreceipt Hearing is the playable management rite for deciding what happens when an excluded constituency contests a prior receipt, mandate, witness discharge, or consent transfer.

The rite is not a generic court scene. It is a production desk choice about whether the next route can consume a receipt as scoped, contested, addendum-required, lawful-only, public-only, sponsor-captured, quarantined, or false-closed.

A famous handler, sponsor payment, archive seal, lawful annex, or public sympathy cannot satisfy the rite without filling the source receipt, excluded constituency, proof/messenger, and future consumer fields.

Branch families

Accept counterreceipt

Relief:

• the excluded constituency becomes recognized;
• false closure is blocked;
• future routes can ask for addendum instead of treating the receipt as clean.

Cost:

• sponsor, archive, lawful, public, or route pressure rises;
• messenger protection or payment may become due.

Future effects: addendum_required, callback_required, costlier, or audit_required.

Narrow original receipt

Relief:

• the original receipt remains valid for the represented scope;
• overreach is named.

Cost:

• excluded readers remain delayed;
• public distrust or fan oxygen resentment rises.

Future effects: public_only, lawful_only, sponsor_only, route_delay, or addendum_required.

Managed silence

Relief:

• immediate sponsor, slot, or archive pressure may fall.

Cost:

• the excluded constituency becomes bought off, delayed, or hostile;
• contract capture and future recovery cost rise.

Future effects: sponsor_capture, costlier, hostile, or recovery_only.

Lawful appeal

Relief:

• the counterreceipt is preserved without letting it become public chaos;
• false public closure is blocked.

Cost:

• lawful-only routing, bureau favor debt, public delay, or archive debt rises.

Future effects: lawful_only, audit_required, public_addendum_required, or costlier.

Public counter-broadcast

Relief:

• the excluded constituency becomes visible;
• private capture weakens.

Cost:

• sponsor retaliation, inspection heat, public grief instability, or pirate exposure rises.

Future effects: public_only, contradiction_pending, callback_required, or route_delay.

Protect anonymous source

Relief:

• proof can remain alive without burning the messenger;
• retaliation risk may fall.

Cost:

• source ambiguity, edit debt, lawful admissibility cost, or public distrust rises.

Future effects: protected_anonymous_source, source_disclosure_required, lawful_only, or costlier.

Quarantine receipt

Relief:

• unsafe consumption is blocked;
• future reader cannot claim clean closure yet.

Cost:

• route delay, archive debt, schedule pressure, or fan oxygen liability rises.

Future effects: blocked, quarantine_required, audit_required, or recovery_only.

Suppress default

If the player hides the counterreceipt, cites silence as consent, treats payment as full waiver, or lets a future reader consume a false closure, 反回执压制默认 fires or arms.

Future effects: false_closed, hostile, blocked, addendum_required, or recovery_only.

Non-goals
