Contract Witness Defection is the event where沈洛, his paper trail, or the company legal desk stops being neutral infrastructure and becomes adverse evidence.
It should fire when the player tries to use legal packaging to hide a missing consent state, counterfeit a refusal, erase a voice/body split, or let the company fold a subject without seating沈洛 as a accountable handler.
