Liability Call Default / 责任追缴违约

Liability Call Default is the breach event fired when a guaranteed broadcast version, settlement promise, apology clause, witness row, clean-ending package, edit patch, or route-asset ruling is challenged and the posted collateral cannot absorb the call.

This event turns hidden financial or reputational exposure into a visible Storyteller consequence: somebody calls the bond, seizes the collateral, hardens a rival public version, or forces a recovery-only route.

Event trigger

Fire or record this event when all of the following are true:

  1. 责任承保账本 has an active exposure row or an exposure existed but was not recorded;
  2. the call trigger occurs: contradiction, public challenge, audit demand, sponsor stop-loss, fan refund, witness leak, blackout, route-asset seizure, or claimant breach;
  3. the selected collateral is absent, exhausted, fake, double-pledged, seized, politically blocked, publicly rejected, or insufficient;
  4. at least one future route, faction posture, person state, asset state, schedule lane, public receipt, or broadcast reality state can mutate.

The event is state-triggered. It must never fire from a fixed numbered turn.

Resolution branches

Branch A — Sponsor calls the bond

The sponsor invokes stop-loss, naming rights, relief escrow, or private guarantee.

Expected outcomes:

  • collateral_state_after = called;
  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure may fall;
  • contract_capture, public_receipt_distrust, fan_oxygen_resentment, or future_correction_cost rises;
  • a public or artist-facing route becomes costlier, contested, or recovery-only.

Branch B — Inspector calls surety

An inspector, archive desk, or white-glove audit uses the guarantee as admissibility proof.

Expected outcomes:

  • collateral_state_after = called or legal_seal_spent;
  • custody_clarity or archive_fraud may improve;
  • inspection_heat, bureau_favor_debt, schedule_pressure, or route_asset_quarantine rises;
  • casual use of the insured version is blocked until appeal, exchange, or recovery.

Branch C — Public bond rejected

Fans, witness chain, public receipt, unauthorized historian, or pirate relay rejects the guarantee as hollow.

Expected outcomes:

  • collateral_state_after = public_rejected;
  • public_receipt_distrust, fan_oxygen_resentment, audience_churn, or witness_exposure rises;
  • sponsor/private wording is contested;
  • a later apology, refund, receipt hearing, or public countercopy becomes required.

Branch D — Edit reserve exhausted

The cutroom or black-box guarantee cannot patch the contradiction without visible damage.

Expected outcomes:

  • collateral_state_after = exhausted;
  • edit_debt, source_ambiguity, future_fraud_cost, or reality_drift rises;
  • one source challenge, black-screen scar, or archive correction becomes armed.

Branch E — Production self-insurance overdrawn

The crew posted its own lane, handler, route asset, or schedule capacity and can no longer cover simultaneous crises.

Expected outcomes:

  • collateral_state_after = overdrawn;
  • lane_scar, handler_fatigue, unstaffed_ticket_risk, or black_screen_slots rises;
  • 制作分诊台 should receive or update a ticket.

Branch F — Route asset seized as collateral

A proof object, person, receipt, master tape, archive copy, or route asset posted as cover is claimed by the caller.

Expected outcomes:

  • route asset state becomes posted_as_collateral, seized, captured, poisoned, or recovery_only;
  • at least one future route becomes blocked, costlier, hostile, captured, or recovery-only;
  • the ledger records who called the asset and who was excluded.

Counter contract

Every event resolution must change at least three counters or durable states. At least one must be an immediate relief or clarity gain, and at least one must be a future-facing cost.

Primary states:

  • liability_exposure
  • collateral_state
  • contract_capture
  • sponsor_stop_loss_pressure
  • inspection_heat
  • bureau_favor_debt
  • fan_oxygen_resentment
  • public_receipt_distrust
  • audience_churn
  • edit_debt
  • source_ambiguity
  • reality_drift
  • future_fraud_cost
  • lane_scar
  • handler_fatigue
  • route_asset_pressure
  • black_screen_slots
  • future_correction_cost

Recovery rule

A default can be recovered only by posting a higher-quality guarantee or sacrificing a different surface: lawful appeal, public correction, sponsor concession, fan oxygen restitution, cutroom checksum, production triage reprioritization, or route-asset rescue.

Recovery must preserve the scar. It cannot erase the fact that the first guarantee failed.
