Faction Liability Underwriting Storyline / 派系责任承保

Faction Liability Underwriting is a management-economy storyline for the moment after Storyteller successfully stabilizes a crisis but has not yet paid for the future damage that stabilization created.

A sponsor can make a clean ending possible. An inspector can make a contradiction lawful. A public receipt can make the audience believe the right wound. An editor can keep the slot legible. A producer can keep control by tying up staff, rooms, proof, or route assets. Each of those choices should ask: who guarantees the harm if this version is challenged later?

This storyline turns broadcast reality drift and faction liability into concrete play without creating a generic economy simulator.

Primary playable question

When a public version, proof route, settlement, apology, clean ending, witness row, or archive order creates future liability, who underwrites it — sponsor, inspector, public, editor, producer, split guarantors, or nobody — and what collateral becomes callable afterward?

Every branch must make the bargain legible:

  • what immediate pressure improves;
  • what collateral is posted or absent;
  • which claimant is excluded;
  • what call trigger is armed;
  • what future route becomes safer, costlier, blocked, captured, hostile, scarred, or recovery-only.

Why this is the next useful expansion

The green corpus is strong on first-order pressure and aftermath: Broadcast Reality Drift Audit, Faction Commitment Ledger, Production Triage Desk, Public Contrition Ledger, Clean Ending Seizure Cascade, Witness Reprisal Chain, and Settlement Aftershock Ledger.

The remaining gap is not another apology, seizure, reprisal, or triage desk. It is the economic bridge between them: a crisis can be apparently solved while secretly moving liability into a future collateral call.

This storyline makes that bridge playable by binding:

State-triggered entry

Open this storyline when all of the following are true:

  1. a prior or current branch created an exposure: drift correction, sponsor clean ending, public contrition, settlement relief, archive order, witness protection, oxygen payout, claimant collision, route-asset custody, edit patch, or production triage sacrifice;
  2. a faction or system can later call that exposure: sponsor, inspector, archive, fan public, artist, witness, editor, claimant faction, pirate relay, blackout system, or schedule board;
  3. a concrete collateral candidate exists or is explicitly absent: money, schedule slot, edit capacity, proof object, public receipt, fan oxygen, legal seal, handler time, route asset, sponsor escrow, or room capacity;
  4. at least one claimant would be weakened, omitted, delayed, or made hostile by the guarantee;
  5. the exposure has not already been terminally discharged, permanently seized, irreversibly settled, or converted into final ending state.

This entry is driven by live liability and claimant pressure. It has no fixed numbered trigger.

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — Exposure is named

A crisis resolution exposes its future cost. The player receives or updates 责任承保账本.

The ledger must show:

  • source surface;
  • insured version or route promise;
  • claimant demanding cover;
  • proposed guarantor;
  • collateral type;
  • excluded claimant;
  • call trigger;
  • future route effect if the guarantee fails.

Beat 2 — Guarantors compete

At least two solutions are incompatible.

Examples:

  • sponsor escrow can keep the slot alive but captures the public correction;
  • inspector surety makes proof admissible but makes production visible to the bureau;
  • public receipt bond protects legitimacy but exposes witnesses or fan oxygen;
  • edit reserve keeps continuity watchable but arms source challenge;
  • production self-insurance keeps control but consumes a lane that another crisis needed.

Beat 3 — Hearing posts or refuses collateral

The player opens 责任承保听证 and selects guarantor, collateral, excluded claimant, handler, and call trigger.

No branch can succeed only by paying abstract money. The rite must reserve a future-facing resource or record its absence.

Beat 4 — Relief creates a callable future

A posted guarantee may lower pressure now, but the call trigger remains live.

Valid immediate relief:

  • sponsor stop-loss pressure falls;
  • custody clarity improves;
  • reality drift or archive fraud falls;
  • audience stability or public legitimacy improves;
  • continuity hazard falls;
  • faction capture pressure falls;
  • a route remains available.

Valid future cost:

  • collateral is called, exhausted, split, or fraudulent;
  • route asset becomes posted, seized, captured, poisoned, or recovery-only;
  • contract capture, inspection heat, fan resentment, edit debt, handler fatigue, or black-screen pressure rises;
  • an excluded claimant becomes hostile or arms a challenge.

Beat 5 — Call, discharge, or scar

When the call trigger occurs, 责任追缴违约 fires if the cover is absent, insufficient, exhausted, fraudulent, or double-pledged.

If the cover holds, it still leaves a scar: collateral spent, claimant omitted, route cost changed, or future correction constrained.

Branch model

Branch A — Sponsor underwrites the exposure

The player accepts sponsor escrow, relief money, naming rights, stop-loss support, or manager-brokered private cover.

Expected outcomes:

collateral_state_after: cover_posted
relief: sponsor_stop_loss_pressure_down | slot_pressure_down | budget_strain_down
cost: contract_capture_up | public_receipt_distrust_up | fan_oxygen_resentment_up | future_correction_cost_up
future_route_effect: public_correction_costlier | sponsor_capture_contested

Branch B — Inspector/archive underwrites the exposure

The player accepts lawful surety, archive seal, white-glove audit, or admissibility bond.

Expected outcomes:

collateral_state_after: cover_posted
relief: custody_clarity_up | archive_fraud_down | reality_drift_down
cost: inspection_heat_up | bureau_favor_debt_up | schedule_pressure_up
future_route_effect: appeal_route_unlocked_with_debt | insured_proof_quarantined

Branch C — Public underwrites the exposure

The player binds the guarantee to fan oxygen, public receipts, Yu Lan, witness chain, unauthorized history, or pirate relay.

Expected outcomes:

collateral_state_after: cover_posted
relief: public_receipt_legitimacy_up | audience_stability_up | fan_oxygen_balance_up
cost: witness_exposure_up | sponsor_stop_loss_pressure_up | oxygen_liability_up | pirate_exposure_up
future_route_effect: public_audit_unlocked | private_capture_blocked_with_risk

Branch D — Editor underwrites the exposure

The player reserves cutroom, black-box patch, checksum proof, edit lane, or final-cut capacity.

Expected outcomes:

collateral_state_after: cover_posted
relief: continuity_hazard_down | audience_churn_down | slot_legibility_up
cost: edit_debt_up | source_ambiguity_up | reality_drift_up | future_fraud_cost_up
future_route_effect: later_source_challenge_costlier

Branch E — Producer self-insures

The player refuses faction capture by posting internal resource: schedule lane, handler time, safe room, route asset, proof storage, or production reserve.

Expected outcomes:

collateral_state_after: cover_posted
relief: route_control_up | faction_capture_down | custody_clarity_up
cost: lane_scar_up | handler_fatigue_up | unstaffed_ticket_risk_up | black_screen_slots_up
future_route_effect: production_triage_ticket_armed

Branch F — Split underwriting

The player splits guarantee across sponsor/public, inspector/editor, producer/archive, fan/artist, or another incompatible pair.

Expected outcomes:

collateral_state_after: cover_split
relief: two_routes_remain_open | immediate_collapse_prevented
cost: ambiguity_up | double_call_risk_up | coalition_pressure_up | archive_debt_up
future_route_effect: split_claim_future_hearing_required

Branch G — Refuse, fake, or miss the guarantee

The player hides the exposure, lacks a guarantor, posts fake collateral, double-pledges a reserve, omits the ledger, or treats relief as already paid.

Expected outcomes:

collateral_state_after: cover_fraud_flagged | collateral_called | recovery_only_cover
emitted_event: storyteller.event.liability_call_default.v1
cost: route_asset_pressure_up | reality_drift_up | black_screen_slots_up | faction_hostility_up
future_route_effect: blocked | captured | hostile | costlier | recovery_only

Integration notes

  • With 播出实在漂移审计, drift correction can be guaranteed instead of silently patched.
  • With 派系承诺账本, faction commitment says who spends leverage; underwriting says what future harm that leverage guarantees.
  • With 制作分诊台, self-insurance consumes lanes and can create unstaffed defaults.
  • With 公开悔过账本, apology wording can be underwritten by sponsor, public, inspector, editor, or producer.
  • With 洁净结局扣押链, clean endings can be guaranteed but later called if refused by the public or archive.
  • With 证人报复链, witness support can become callable collateral when retaliation arrives.
  • With 和解反震账本, relief packages carry underwritten aftershock rather than disappearing after settlement.
  • With Route Assets and Custody, route assets posted as collateral can become seized, poisoned, captured, or recovery-only.

Missability and recovery

This storyline is missable when the player resolves a liability-bearing surface without creating a ledger row, posts abstract money with no call trigger, accepts sponsor or inspector cover without an excluded claimant, uses edit capacity without future fraud cost, or self-insures without triage scarcity.

Recovery is allowed only with a scar:

  • post higher collateral after a failed guarantee;
  • release public correction after sponsor capture;
  • appeal inspector surety after quarantine;
  • restore fan oxygen after public bond rejection;
  • spend cutroom checksum after edit reserve exhaustion;
  • rescue route asset after collateral seizure;
  • accept production triage default after self-insurance overdraw.

Non-goals

  • Not a global economy simulator.
  • Not filler law-office lore.
  • Not a fixed upkeep phase.
  • Not a pure sponsor story.
  • Not a raw money sink.
  • Not a clean mitigation layer.
  • Not a replacement for existing drift, settlement, contrition, witness, clean-ending, archive, or faction-commitment storylines; it makes their future liability callable and playable.
