Oxygen Priority Default / 呼吸优先默认

Oxygen Priority Default fires or arms when a finite oxygen, public attention, ward air, sponsor makegood, or recovery-air benefit is assigned without naming the senior claimant, junior claimant, priority basis, and future reader.

It is the failure state for 呼吸优先梯. The default does not mean the producer forgot to pay a bill. It means the system filed one claimant as naturally senior and made the other claimant absorb the wound invisibly.

Trigger conditions

Arm this event when any of the following is true:

• a finite benefit is spent while 呼吸优先梯 is absent;
• fan oxygen, ward air, public receipt space, recovery air, audience-floor relief, or sponsor makegood credit is treated as clean sponsor inventory;
• a sponsor, archive, inspector, management desk, or schedule board files itself senior before fan/ward/public/route readers are priced;
• a fan or public branch claims moral priority but hides ward air, archive lien, sponsor makegood, or route-asset care cost;
• priority is decided by a fixed turn, fixed day, raw claim count, dashboard/lens health, or generic pressure rather than claim state;
• a branch records only senior success and omits the junior scar;
• a future reader cannot consume the priority state.

Consequences

A default must mutate at least one durable future surface:

• sponsor-only makegood gate;
• fan oxygen audit or refund backlash;
• ward-air reserve block;
• archive lien debt;
• public distrust or hostile public receipt reader;
• recovery-only or blocked route state;
• route-asset care debt;
• management false-clean priority metric;
• schedule pressure from a junior claimant returning.

The event is invalid if it only changes mood, reputation, money, or a generic oxygen counter.

Recovery hooks

Recovery is allowed only through visible repricing:

• reopen the priority row with a handler and proof bridge;
• publish junior claimant receipt;
• buy sponsor release with discoverability;
• perform late fan oxygen refund;
• move archive lien before payment;
• protect ward-air reserve and accept sponsor/public cost;
• split seniority with a junior note;
• accept sponsor-only, public-only, archive-only, or recovery-only route state.

Non-goals

• Not a generic oxygen audit notice.
• Not sponsor makegood default by another name.
• Not a global economy failure.
• Not a timing upkeep event.
• Not valid without captured benefit, hidden junior claimant, false-clean claim, and future route effect.
