Oxygen Priority Ladder / 呼吸优先梯

Oxygen Priority Ladder is the ledger card for a finite breath, refund, public attention, ward air, or sponsor makegood benefit that more than one claimant tries to own.

It closes the gap between Oxygen Claim Exchange Storyline and 赞助补偿库存线: the game already knows how to open claim rows and replacement inventory, but it also needs to remember who was made senior, who was subordinated, and which later route must pay for that ordering.

The card is not a global economy sheet. It appears only when a concrete oxygen/public/sponsor/recovery benefit is finite or explicitly absent.

The card is invalid if it only records oxygen_spent, sponsor_paid, fans_refunded, or audience_stable.

Valid sources

A priority row can be created when any existing surface asks the same finite benefit to satisfy incompatible readers:

• 赞助补偿账本 requests fan oxygen credit, public contrition space, ward air, or audience floor as replacement inventory;
• Sponsor oxygen active-hand cards contain both stop-loss and fan oxygen pressure;
• Audience Stability Index stabilizes attention by spending a visible public/fan/ward benefit;
• 粉丝委任账本 splits fan authority over refund or receipt priority;
• 复原库存账本 contains a ward-air or recovery row that a sponsor or archive reader tries to cite.

No valid source is a fixed turn count, fixed day, quota, raw claim count, dashboard state, or lens-health state.

• Not triggered by turn count or dashboard/lens state.
