Sponsor Stop-Loss Pressures Fan Oxygen Without Becoming Global HP

Design intent

Sponsor stop-loss and fan oxygen should force playable compromise, but neither is a global HP bar. They are local claim-pressure surfaces that become dangerous when the same memorial, oxygen, custody, audience, or sponsor benefit is asked to stabilize incompatible readers.

This page revises the old timing-shaped oracle into a state-driven lens. It should be read beside 呼吸优先梯 Lens, which now supplies the concrete senior/junior claimant surface when sponsor stop-loss and fan oxygen compete over one finite benefit.

A passing implementation proves that:
