Oxygen Priority Recut / 呼吸优先重剪

Oxygen Priority Recut is the arbitration rite for a live 呼吸优先梯 row.

It does not decide whether oxygen is good or bad. It decides which claimant becomes senior for one finite benefit, which claimant becomes junior, and what future route scar is attached to that ordering.

Entry requirements

A valid offer requires:

The rite must not open from turn count, fixed date, raw oxygen total, generic sponsor pressure, generic audience instability, dashboard state, or lens health.

Assignment slots

The player must assign or explicitly mark absence for:

• finite benefit;
• senior claimant;
• junior claimant or explicit absence;
• priority basis;
• handler or no-show;
• proof bridge;
• future reader;
• release or junior note.

A branch with missing assignments may resolve only through 呼吸优先默认 or a costlier disputed state.

No branch may cleanly satisfy sponsor, fan public, ward queue, archive, lawful, public receipt, management, and route-asset readers at once.

Failure and default conditions

呼吸优先默认 is armed when:

• seniority is assigned without junior claimant;
• sponsor money, public outrage, archive seal, or management authority silently decides the row;
• fan oxygen or ward air is filed as clean sponsor makegood inventory;
• fan/public priority hides sponsor, archive, ward, or route-asset cost;
• the proof bridge is absent but acceptance is filed as clean;
• no downstream reader consumes the priority scar;
• entry is driven by timing, raw counts, dashboard state, or lens health.

Non-goals

• Not a universal economy rite.
• Not a payment screen.
• Not a generic claims court.
• Not a sponsor makegood settlement duplicate.
• Not valid unless senior claimant, junior claimant, proof basis, relief, cost, and future reader all remain visible.
